Some advice: When browning butter, the warmer the butter is to start the more evenly it will brown. He used an extremely low flame to melt that clearly quite hard butter, which if you're in a hurry, or room temperature is too cold to really soften it much, is what I suggest you do.
The fact that every recipe on this channel looks fairly simple but still looks downright gorgeous and amazing is so wonderful. I'm so happy to have stumbled across your channel.
I definitely liked the way the ones you made looked more than the store-bought ones. The soft curve the silicone molds you used made makes them look even more delicious.
