8:44 the thing is, they seem like a really nice person but this is 100% what happens when you try to force your personality to be like an mcyt streamer
@@sirforest9453 i stand corrected then! honestly im just used to people trying to imitate popular minecraft creators like tommyinnit, so it seemed like this was a similar case. no disrespect meant ofc
Mundo Gaturro means Gaturro's World. It's a multiplayer virtual world game made specifically about that comic strip you were reading about. Argentine Garfield. So she was saying no to him. Don't worry George, not all Americans are into the NFL. I'm a part of the minority. Although I was raised to love it, nowadays I'm much more of a European football fan. The only thing I watch the Super Bowl for are the commercials and trailers. The one Chevrolet did with an updated Sopranos intro is now a personal favorite of mine
The average "exciting" soccer game ends 1-2, if that, most likely just 1-0 or 1-1, that's a 14-7 game and it happens more than a hundred times in one nfl season and is infinitely more exciting even including the ads, much rather watch a back and forth battle of long passes and hard tackles than 90+ minutes of people passing a ball back and forth behind the half line and occasionally getting 15 yards past the line just for it to get punted back to their keeper
Cardless transactions are available in the USA, just depends on the store location and what store. Also, direct money transfers through the bank do exist in the USA as well, just using apps like venmo are easier.
Came here to say this too 😂 he didn’t think we had roundabouts either lol. I feel like he doesn’t understand that there a rural areas in the U.S. that are behind in tech and I’m sure that those same areas are in Europe too.
In Ireland some people/ sometimes we call it soccer bc we have a native sport name Gaelic football or football and football is used interchangeably referring to either
i literally had an aussie friend angrilly confront me about why Americans don't have it and i was like wot and had to ss to show that THEY ARE HEARING LIES
We do have contactless cards here, just not a lot of people use them because finding a machine that accepts them is difficult because no one wants to pay to update their shit.
My girlfriend works at CVS and despite the two card readers having the ability for contactless, almost *no* card works on it. My girlfriend's card is the only one that works most days.
@@calicoathena i live in the third biggest city in my state (64th largest in U.S.) and contactless payment isn't like... super common. at all. lmao. your one anecdotal story does not equal everyone else's
@@literallrat OK well I live in a medium city and have not encountered a single store that doesn't have it. My hometown with a population of 12,000 also has it. Your anecdotal story is not any more proof than mine.
To that woman who did that IRL Wallace: *The Were-Rabbit has invited you to Lake Laogai* Also, Canada, Australia, Ireland, southern Philippines, Japan, South Africa, and New Zealand call it soccer too. Yet they don't get the blame
The funny thing about the doctor and the monkey one is that by the end of the song the doctor just ends up jumping on the bed anyway. I always found that stupid considering he told 5 monkeys to stop doing that but whatever. I guess he just lost his mind in the same way Squidward did a few times in SpongeBob.
I was gonna do some chores and looking for a video to watch while i do them then I realized I didn't see a george m video today so I checked and you literally uploaded 2 mins ago. You are one of the few youtubers I check everyday. Keep up the good work big man memeulous.
Seriously. He’s talking about American propaganda and saying we’re at least 15 years behind the EVERY OTHER COUNTRY, while he posts from his American developed computer to an American developed website. I like George but he’s such a stereotypical bitter Brit
I'll go with you to the short kings function George. EDIT: After hearing you mispronounce Xenoblade and say that the voice acting is bad, I'm going to take back my offer.
I know I'm a year late, blame the algorithm, but 6:50 I used to work at a cinema and there were legit people coming in there just to buy overpriced popcorn. It wasn't even on a main road or anything, it was outside the city and only accessible by car (or technically by bike or on foot, but that would take forever).
Dear Mr memeulous please in you next video can you dedicate at least 30 seconds to why Birmingham should be capital of Britain it is to annoy my friend in an ongoing inside joke it would mean the world to me thank you
Huh. I genuinely think George is the last person on this planet I thought would ever bring up xenoblade. But hot damn if the Bri'ish accents in 1 and 2 have not given some of the greatest memes ever like istg only a joker can't appreciate Reyn
There’s actually an important reason why Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has British voice acting. When the original Xenoblade Chronicles released in 2010 in Japan for the Wii, Nintendo of America didn’t think that it would be popular in America, so chose not to release it there, and Nintendo of Europe did the localisation work, with a British voice cast. After much backlash from fans, the game was eventually released in America, in 2012, but now it means that Xenoblade Chronicles has British characters in it. You’re welcome, lads.
American football= rugby with extra armour that isnt enjoyable and uses footballs name but you hardly use your feet American football films = teamwork makes the dream work American football irl = dog s***
My favourite character in all of xenoblade is nia from xenoblade 2. She had a cameo in the direct trailer as well, and she has the thickest fucking welsh accent. You get used to it tho if you accually play xenoblade, great game series, although of course it's not for everyone.
“If you like soccer, then welcome to America. See, our country already has entertainment so watching people chase a ball for four hours to end 0 - 0 is not enjoyable - unless, of course, the bleachers collapse and half of Europe dies.” -Daniel Tosh
I’m an American who used to live in the UK & honestly even though I love my country I really wish I never left.. everything just makes more sense over there. 🤷🏻♀️
I live in America and have a contactless card and also make bank transfers. It just takes them a bit longer to adopt things. When I first moved here, they didn't have chip and pin, and whenever I went back to England, nobody had seen a "swipe" card for about 10 years and I couldn't pay for anything.
I think with Xenoblade, the director just wanted everyone to be British for some reason? It’s not even made by Britain, then the accents became iconic so the sequels all had British characters
George i feel like i should tell you, there are more ray william johnson songs that actually go hard asf, for example, his song "orphan tears" is so hard like omg
NOOOO I THE FACT I SAW NICHOLAS HAMILTON AKA HENRY BOWERS IN THIS VIDEO AND I JUST SAW A GUY BUT I NOTICED HIS PFP SO I SHOT UP AND REPLAYED THE PART AND SAW IT WAS NIC AND I HAD THE MOST AUTISTIC REACTION TO EXIST- 😅
I like the part when George says American football is boring when normal football is a niche of guys kicking balls into to goals and fake injuries. That’s my opinion big fan
I remember going to the US about 10.5 years ago and being shocked they didn't even use chip & pin in the places I bought stuff... I'd previously _never_ paid for anything by swipe and sign, and at that point I'd had a chip & pin debit card for nearly 8 years since I got one as soon as possible aged 11, including in other european countries 😳... in the SAME MONTH after that holiday, I got a contactless debit card for my new student bank account and immediately started using it for most things in the UK. It blew my mind how far behind the US is with payment systems and paying for things with swipe & sign felt so odd, like it wasn't real and wouldn't work, especially in a foreign country!
They did in fact release Shrek on the gameboy, along with Shark Tale, Shrek 2, and a few Nickelodeon/Cartoon Network shows from the time. They all looked about what you’d expect.
British accents in anime can work and I will die on this hill. Corran from Voltron Legendary Defender and just the English release of Ni No Kuni in general
I don't think they would sound as annoying as some American dubs for protagonists because some times they can sound like annoying shits, same with the sub they all sound like obnoxious dickhead stop shouting or shut up. A British cast would be calmer, still fucking annoying but no where near as much.
I mean it's better than getting Americans to do British voices and then sounding like they are in a porn studio. Hellsing and JoJo are the big two that should just remove the tongues of the actors trying to imitate a British accent and just failing(mostly joking ). Americans can't do a British accent, British can do an American because they are more mainstream.
Never use Uber eats here in uk either, always deliveroo. Delivery fee is soo much for Uber eats, you buy a maccies burger and its like double the price for delivery
rabbits dont actually smell that much, its more so their stuff that stinks out the place but there are alot of ways around it + i have two rabbits of my own and as long as you bunnyproof properly they'll likely just stick to biting their toys rather than chewing up carpets. The main concern would probably be fur getting everywhere. (also if u did get a rabbit i feel like you'd be the best rabbit parent ever, theyre really low maitenence and friendly and easy to take care of as long as ur doing it properly 👀👀
