China's 🇨🇳 ByteDance has no chance in winning the legal battle against this bill. The bill basically doesn't ban TikTok. - The legislation requires the app, and its data, to be divested from the authoritarian surveillance Chinese government.

Realistically, it's gonna go down to which company spends more on lobbying the senate, either tiktok to have the bill rejected, or the American companies that would benefit from tiktok being banned.
