I'm a judgies fan, I've watched 2 of your videos so far. They're good and informative, keep it up. I used to get chiro adjustments for my neck and back, but stopped after the effects didn't really last. I'd feel better for about a day. I was afraid of my neck being harmed- it's pretty intense to have your neck adjusted like that. I imagine that's what made the baby stop crying, the shock. What actually helped my major neck issues was physical therapy like 15 years after my accident- and the effects have lasted for a couple of years. I'm glad to see the one chiro who is being more responsible but as a whole- big nope. Thanks! 😊

I grew up in the birthplace of chiropractics and quite literally Dr. Palmer lore: the idea of cracking backs to fix ailments came to him from A GHOST IN A DREAM!!! Also his son murdered him lol

I saw this video thumbnail a couple of times and I though it looked super mainstream and it was probably a bad reccommendation. Then I realised it was in my subscriptions and it was your channel lol. So here I am watching, because I enjoy your stuff. Moral of the story: good job making baity thumbnails, you're nailing it :P

When I was in high school, I got injured playing soccer. My mom took me to sports clinic, and the “doctor” I ended up with was a chiropractor. He was such an asshole and completely dismissed my pain, and implied I was being dramatic and playing it up because nothing showed on the x-ray (despite it being the right side of my lower back). Weirdly one of the worst guys I knew in college also became a chiropractor.

My grandfather although he passed before I met him was an orthopedic surgeon that worked on all types of the body and hated chiropractors. He always said that they were a scam and ineffective at pain management. Even if there is not a risk of serious injury or stroke for cracking it’s still a waste of time and money because it’s been disproven multiple times by real doctors.

They exist because they are really good at lobbying, and most lawmakers don't know all that much about science/medicine.

Honestly, there’s a chance that baby isn’t even 12 months old. I don’t like that at all. If anything that baby should be in physio.
