I’m always in denial that I’m gen z because I’m like one of the few people who never downloaded tiktok and I’d like to distance my self from the worst humans imaginable
tiktok has an annoying new feature, so I made a video trying to ask how to turn it off and the comments were filled with "what is this" and "it's almost like it's a feature-" I'm not used to getting hundreds of negative comments (or any comments at all) so I ended up privating my account, turning all interactions off and deleted the app. I started my account for fun in 2018 and got bullied off for not liking a new feature that gives you audio and filters when you try to record :(
