I have to agree with this. As a Junior in high school, hearing this on the news really sickens me because when I heard about the Devious Licks, the people who created had plans for later challenges down the line, and I thought "Oh god, will they start assaulting teachers and staff next" and holy god did I predict the future, as there was a slap a teacher challenge and it sickens me that people would do this for fame. To any of those who want to attempt this, I advise you don't, because you would face the risk of assault charges, suspensions, and detentions for participating in this challenge
I had a kid one time say the skittles thing taste the rainbow and was gonna throw skittle sent me a whole handful. I told him he thought the skittles at me you’re gonna taste the blood.
I am a teacher and I’ll do TickTock I’ll knock your block off slap me. It would be self-defense I’m assuming I’m being attacked. TikTok now I’m gonna knock your block off. And the lawsuit against the parents of the child would be major. Teachers get crap done and then they wonder why we don’t want to teach or do our jobs
Most people have thought about smacking someone upside the head but the majority of us don't actually follow through with the impulse. I don't know the kid so I can't say what type of punishment would be most affective. I certainly hope the powers that be figure it out, so the kid doesn't try such a stupid stunt again.
Part of the problem is you're giving them what they're going for- fame. So yes, let's encourage this beyond ridiculous behavior. What happened to tik tok not supporting the videos?
