There's this girl I knew back in primary and she was like the sweetest girl ever, right? Adorable, kind, so on. Anyway, no one expected her to be that good of an actor. For our end of school play we were doing Annie (Junior edition but let's ignore that) and no one expected her to be Miss Hannigan because she was so sweet, BUT SHE WAS _TERRIFYING_ SHE IS SUCH AN AMAZING ACTOR!!!! On the subject of Annie, I was considered for like _all_ the main parts, but they were taken by actors, admittedly, better than me and way more suited for the part, now, I had signed to audition for one of the orphans because, why not? I felt it was definitely in my acting range, I didn't get to audition though. 7 people (there's 7 orphans) managed to audition in the same scene before it was time to go, but considering the director of the play was doing other work at the time, we had another teacher there just for that time being, _AND SHE DIDN'T PASS ON THAT THEY DIDN'T GET TO ME AND SOME OTHER GIRL FOR THE AUDITIONS!_ So the people who _did_ audition got the roles and I got cast as (excuse my language) fucking slave. WHO HAD ONE LINE. And there were orphans that were like ROBOTS when speaking! And like the quitest people in the world, like, _dude_ I didn't go to drama club and get told I was doing really good there by who I think is the best actor for nothing.

That last one was SO COOL I wanna do something like that, but like with a notebook or sketchbook cover or something

I love to act and anyone who does see me act says I’m good. But most of the shows we do are musicals and I can’t sing nor can I dance very well. Plus there are a few select kids who get the lead in almost everything. I’m a really quiet kid, but I actually really do love to act :/

Ok. Forgive me for my ignorance, but I just domt get the appeal of Six as a musical. I dont know much about it, but from the clips I've seen... isnt it basically just a pop concert with a story? I've tried to find scenes that feel like dialogue but havent come across them. I dont have an issue with musicals that are just music... I mean. I've seen/been in Joseph enough times to have it fully memorized. Can someone elaborate for me? I feel like I'm just hardcore missing something
