“ Daddy Daddy look my name Phillip I am a poet I wrote this poem just to show it and I just turned nine you can rhymes but you can’t mine i practice French and play piano I have a sister but I want a little brother my daddy’s tryna start Americas bank une Deux trois quarte cinq”
*MY RANKINGS AND OPINIONS* 1. Good, good emotion but, not Sam 6/10 2. I felt her emotion more than the first one but, still like a 7/10 3. Very emotionless, good voice but, like shes just singing it just to sing it 4/10 4. That was the best one I've heard so far but still not Sam 8/10 5. Pretty equal to the last one, 8/10 6. Kind of basic, she could have given more 5/10 7. I like it, I would go see it 8/10 8. Good climax, good emotion, I really like this one, still not Sam but, the closest to it so far 9/10 9. Good, a little more emotion and I like how she put her own twist on the notes to make it hers 8/10 10. I cant really hear her, the sound is too low but, sounds good I guess 5/10 11. The "ever" could have been a little more dramatic and louder, i liked the "fairest of the fair" part 7/10 12. Again, couldn't really hear it but, it sounds good, the "enoughsie" was really good, good emotions 8/10 13. I enjoyed her emotions and facial expressions 9/10 14. *NOBODY* will beat Sam Pauley *EVER* the way her voice shakes and she starts to cry and the climax is amazing, she sounds so broken at the end, my *FAV* of all time. The tears at the end was real 😭😭 10000/10 15. Probably the cloest to Sam out of all of them, amazing emotion and voice, I can really feel her emotions too 9/10 16. This one was good as well, I love her breathe, the voice cracks are real, very emotional, damn, you really hit it with the last few 9/10
I’m favourite Howard’s are Aimee, Sam and Jaina. I love the way Aimee’s voice sounds with the context, Aimee has quite a rough singing voice as it is which makes it perfect for aywd, Sam because it’s got so much emotion into it, anger and sadness, and Jaina because all though it’s not shown in this video, she does put quite a bit of emotion into it as well.
Sam's raw emotion at the end just gets me every time. It fees so real. Ad her gasp at the end- it feels like a cry of despair while don't quite understand the motivation or purpose of the gasp in other performances. That and Sam just crushes the comedy and levity earlier in the song. No hate to anyone else, but she is my personal favorite and I feel she honors the character and how it was written best.
I love them all Equally because they have somthing very diffrent that made their K Howards very one of a kind Aimie Atkinson- Hyperventilating and deafeated sounding Vicki Manser snd Sophie Isaacs sound like playful children Zara McIntosh sound like a rowdy and fun kid Grace and Courtney sound like teens feeling betrayed Sam Pauly is a combination of Deeply Betrayed, Sad and Angry
Personally, Aimie and Sam are my favorites because Aimie plays it off like she was naive and truly thought it was different each time. Sam's Howard on the other hand started realizing what was happening by the 2nd or 3rd chorus and you can hear her slowly start to lose her excitement/willingness to play along as she sings
#1 Sam Pauly- The emotion, the singing, the expressions, everything was amazing. I also really liked (2)Jodie Steele , (3)Jen Caldwell, (4)Courtney Mack and (5)Courtney Monsma. All of them were great though.
