This choreography is more technical than most of our other songs, but the beauty of this song is that each segment is broken down at half the speed before the fully executed movement. The great thing about this type of choreography breakdown is that you (or your participants) can choose whichever level feels more comfortable to them.
FIT TIP || CONTROL is the key to the fully executed movements. Perform the movements at a safe and comfortable speed, and watch over-rotation of the shoulder during the "windmill" move during the chorus.
Intensity: Mid
INSTRUCTOR TIP || if you have "wiser" participants who need lower impact movements, encourage them to perform movements at the breakdown level, rather than speeding up the movements.
