Tillamook Vs Cabot Cheddar Cheese 

Cabot's cheeses are creamier.

I used to think it was cabot but recently I'm leaning towards tillamook more. I would have compared seriously sharp to extra sharp white cheddar. there is a pretty big jump in the sharpness of the white cheddar.

Its hard to find premium super sharp white chedder there's a big difference in the cheap stuff and the expensive stuff but it's hard to find in my area. hoping i can find cabot to try.

Grew up on the west coast, a big fan of the Mook. Moved to TN and am now a huge fan of Cabot. Both are great chedda’s. I just love cheese, period
