It’s because Jackie is black and so is Anderson both black but when a non black wants to step into that realm it won’t work because of how the non blacks history is with blacks. It’s like using the N word it’s accepted among certain people others using that word is a big NO. Hope everyone Understands now as if it was so hard to wrap your minds around it.

Love how the home team announcers are biased.... I saw Donaldson stand his ground & plant the tag where the ball was thrown .... knee down for stable foundation & potentially blocking ball from going through.... Anderson was just being a baby

Donaldson stood there for the call and couldn't move his body with a guy between his legs. Had to put his hands on sliding guys back for balance. A forearm shove then a push by Anderson. WTF you lookin at? Anderson, LaRussa and Grandal are trained by Beetlejuice. And he's NOOOOO Jackie, thats for damn sure.

If you dont follow closecall sports you really should. Lindsay does a great job breaking down these types of plays, especially ones that have to do with umpires. They also catalog every ejection thru the season.

There’s 2 big differences between Tim Anderson and Jackie Robinson. 1. Jackie was a gentleman and 2. He wasn’t a self absorbed big mouth. And after the force out at second at Yankee Stadium, Anderson said one word to Donaldson as they passed each other and my guess is that Anderson called him a p*ssy. And finally, what right does Tim Anderson have to call himself the next Jackie Robinson? Jackie already broke the color barrier. It doesn’t need to be done a second time.
