They changed the speed limit from 45 to 35 and added three sets of flashing lights after the accident............. I'm sure that will help....... He probably had no idea the speed limit wasn't 105mph. The flashing lights will help
Frankly I think that will end all speeding violations in that vicinity. The kid just didn't have the flashing lights as a visible sign to remind him that the speed limit was not, in fact, 105mph. It's a shame that he got locked up when that entire incident could have been prevented by the city had they installed the flashing lights and lowered the speed limit to 35mph. It really is so so incredibly sad.
When I sold cars these guilt ridden freshly divorced parents would buy their sixteen year old angry, rebelious sons new, expensive, super high powered sports cars. Then when they total them the next winter their lawyers would call us at the dealership saying we were mostly to blame for selling them a car that was so,so dangerous in the snow. I could hear the hissing of the recording device. These were all huge front engine, rear wheel drive cars with super low profile, shallow tread tires what did they expect? My manager who was about to retire would say '' Now your son is a much better drive from the experience from the wreck and hospital visit. You should really come down and buy him another one of the exact same car since he know how it handles in the snow!!!''' . Silence on the line for a few minutes.
I'm a Brit, and Tim is one of the few American comics whos humour slots right in over here, he can be bleak/dark which is one of the most important types of humour. Being neutral in this case means we can laugh at this piece. Tragic that it is.
I'd also like to point out the fact that Cameron Herrin has an entire online fan base of women who defend his actions based entirely on the basis that he is good looking.
A blessing? For who? Maybe the grieved family. 25 is life ending. When he gets out he will be useless and will be unable to get a job. Thats if he doesn't kill himself or get killed. He's done. People like you talk about years in prison like it's the same as any other years of your life. It's not. It's pure hell that will never let go of him, even if he makes it out. I would without a doubt commit suicide if I was him. Sad but true. People who kill on purpose get less time. Doesn't make sense to me, the damage is done, lives are ruined, so the state runs another one? The kid definitely learned his lesson that day, the sentence was just a fucked up want for retribution and revenge.
Wow, your heart breaks for both family's, the kid had his whole life in front of him, the baby never had a chance, and the young father lost his wife and baby, so sad, heartbreaking,,,
You’re giving that baby way too much credit! Why is it in the middle of the street where cars drive?? Bad parenting but no surprising by the (ugly) looks of them.
So I guess you think you understand who his audience is; I'm not sure that you got that right. I'm thinking that not many straight up homophobes listen to Tim, and if you were imagining his audience was male/ Right, it would be better for them that it's women fawning over this POS, wouldn't it?
Some commenters are too soft, this is hilarious especially writing the letter. Stop putting people like TIm on a pedestal like he can change the world, but I don't blame these people in thinking that becase these past 5 years have given us a power trip on the internet. Let funny be funny and it will die naturally if it doesn't work. No one is really offended here.
I love street racing but if I’m going to hit over 100 it’s going to be on the freeway or highway. I live in the south, my whole life I’ve heard muscle cars drag racing on the highway up the road from me. These people that go to the local drag strip wait till like 2-3am when nobody is on the highway and do their races. It’s the Deep South they don’t even shut the highway down, nobody is on it. I leave for work now at 3:30 am and I don’t see a single car for atleast 10 mins until I get into the city Edit: I say all this but I’ve literally raced a Camaro probably on a similar road and we hit 100 past the police station. He was going fast, my ego kicked in and I wanted to mess with him. Next thing I know we are doing 100+ past the police station broad daylight and not some small shit I mean the legit jail jail headquarters mega police station. Looking back years later it’s so stupid it hurts
He started out subtle, but became increasingly obvious.Uncomfortrable would have been if he kept it more ambiguous. He likes to do that, - get people initially invested, - and then mock that investment.
@@cloudbloom so you agree that the Queen is reptilian? She disappeared children out of Canada many years ago. She ate them. Did you hear about the naked child dying trying to escape from the second or third floor of Buckingham Palace a few years back? It's all real
I’m usually one of those assholes who loves dark humor and thumbs my nose at people who get upset over it but this one was ROUGH. Even for me.. Sheesh. 😣
Good looking people deserve the same punishment as us ugly folks too. They already reap all the benefits of getting laid anytime they want and have social status so whats the problem 🤷
The actual weird thing about putting this kid in jail is that it won’t do anything at all. Like accidentally hitting people with your car isn’t usually a repeat offense, or ever, he’s not learning anything by being punished ya know what I mean? Putting him jail for 24 years will cost the state a million dollars or more, he’ll learn nothing, and the bitch snd her baby will still be dead. Putting him in jail is pointless, I mean sure he doesn’t exactly deserve to have a good free life, but ruining his life also accomplishes nothing.
@@omgjulien no it won't change the outcome. Did I say that it would? If you can laugh about this evil shit, than I don't want to have anything to do with you. I'm all for freedom of speech. This way I can see who I don't want near me...
@@paulh.5846 THIS is the bit that did it for you. Not all the Epstein jokes, joking about burning those lesbians' airbnb house, all the conspiracy shit. But a *car accident?* Too far, apparently.
@@AVALARMusicOfficial did not see all of his bits on every topic. Saw him on one or two podcasts. I really don't get why ppl are even replying on my post. It's my opinion. Fook y'all
I love like everything Tim has ever said except this take right here. Tim, you're to smart not to get it, it's the principle of the matter, which is justice.
