could have went either way all the up to the word "finishes" ... that one got me gigglin'. i see the issue with the folks in the bldg but wasnt prepared for the actual dirt on his trash apartment to be luxury-less finishes! made me wanna kiss him on the forehead like a nanna would do ☺️
But it's racist when person defends their property from looters and rioters with guns... espeially scarey looking guns. But if Bobby Lee's family does it on their roof tops it's a beautiful expression of Korean self government!
I'm imagining a defamation case where the prosecutor plays this clip for the court and the judge has to struggle to keep a straight face as he listens to Tim claiming to be "trans-indigenous" while looking like a giant laughing pumpkin! 🎃
Lol this is hilarious. But omg I looked at the pictures of this place online and it looks incredible. Super fancy and upscale amenities. Not at all what I pictured from Tim’s description, which makes this even more funny actually lol.
The idea that you can trick someone into signing an "agreement" is an oxymoron. It's nonsensical and childish that we allow the legal system to work that way.
@@pebbleman1725 Think outside the box for a second: laws are made by men, and we can make them whatever we want. What I'm saying is that a legal system that holds people to an agreement they were tricked into is a system made by criminals for criminals.
I also thinks it weird how the police and court can just reduce punishment when someone snitches or exposes a criminal organization they were a part of.
Someone told me one time that his building is where rich guys put their side pieces up for the month. Wives are catching on when they see 10000 Santa Monica blvd pop up on their husband’s gps memory 🤣 would not doubt there is a dark energy there. Imagine knowing you’re deceiving someone just planning on being there and paying a lease for space there. Ick.
My buddy was housesitting with my dog and sent Ben a photo of my dog watching the show on our TV. Ben responded 'good dog'. What a nice guy! It's a real knife fight out there
Tim, Take anything from your place that isn't bolted down. On second thought, rip everything off the walls. I took a phone system off the wall in my former sales office. We were closing down and my sales manager said take anything you want and handed me the keys. 😃
I actually delivered food to that building once a half a lifetime ago it feels like... looks fancy in a great neighberhood with amazing stores nearby but godamn, sounds like a peice of work!
I was ready to sign the lease until I saw this recent 1 star review "My husband Tim has been harassed by this property and threatened legal action for being transgender and speaking out against their bad job as management company." I refuse to do business with such people.
As someone who moved into (and subsequently out of) a drug-den block of flats, I can totally relate to Tim here 😂 I'll never forgive the scumbag estate agents who conned me into moving in and somehow screwed me over with my deposit.. The crack heads who I lived with were much nicer people.
holy crap he lives in Ten Thousand??? I work by there and walked by one day and wondered what the rent was ..its like 12-20K... looks super nice with driver service. i was wondering what kind of people live here...its tim dillon... and no, its not a dump lol. it did seem like the apex of "new money" type living...just buy a $2 mil home if youre gonna pay that kind of monthly..
I will not allow LA to build those strange ugly buildings downtown. They need to bring back trains/trolleys, and build high quality mixed use BRICK buildings. Not the soulless cheap glass buildings. Old school brick or something with a Spanish flair. The whole city needs to be destroyed and built up again in a smart, attractive way
I agree. There’s a couple yellow brick Spanish mixed use buildings on the East Side and they are incredible. The need to level the entire city and rebuild this architectural consistency all over the city. Raze all one story buildings, bring in brick Spanish stores with apartments on top
Wow when he said junkies jumped out the window, I thought he said "John Keys threw themself out the window" and I was like "who the fuck is John Keys?". I should get to bed
I ended my lease with an LA apartment earlier this year and they had a non disparagement clause in our agreement as well Total west LA shithole apartment, but definitely not as fun as this one sounds 🤣🤣🤣
They can make you sign whatever but if it's illegal it doesn't count. It's like if they.made you sign a contract to keep paying rent even if you move out ... thats not legal in this case .
