This was a myFanpark request for my mom Maureen - this was her and my fathers Friedrich special song. He passed away over 3 years ago but this song always reminds her of him.

I just came across this, Ingrid. Thank you for sharing it. We played this song at our dad's funeral almost 13 years ago, but the Smokie rendition since he was more a Smokie fan than a Rod Stewart fan. If this has been available back then I'm pretty sure we would have picked this rendition instead. I would love a full production recording of this.

Haven't heard this song in so long. I was mainly country and my husband was more rock. But we traded out. :) Thank you for asking Tim to sing it. He just amazes me. Thanks for letting us see it.

Marvelous! Not a song I would think of in the lower baritone range but it works real nice. Hope Ingrid is happy. Now what's the chance you want to make Barbara happy? I think you'd sound good singing "You Don't Know Me". Keep doing these songs for ladies and you'll be eligible to sing "Mambo number 5" and just dedicate it to all of us.

Oh Ingrid, that's so nice. I am very happy that Tim sang this for you and for your mom. This song reminds me of my school days. We learned that in music lessons. Great request and thank you for sharing it with us. I got my request back today and I'm so overwhelmed that I cried the whole time.
