Michael Malone who's the coach of the nuggets said this about Jokic: "I never coached Tim Duncan. But Nikola is the closest thing I've ever seen in all the years in basketball that I have coached to Tim Duncan. Just like Tim he does his thing." And he does it very very well. But he also has a team around him that understand what he does.

well but wasn`t the realy finals their series against the Lakers. In that Series we got to see the final form of nuggets basketball, because whatever the anybody says the Lakers played their absolute best and the nuggets had to show us their absolute best to beat the lakers. Just turns out the Nuggets at 100% will beat the lakers at 100% not easily but still decisively. I fear the heat isn`t good enough to make the nuggets and mainly the Joker show us how amazing they can be.

He then provided points as needed down the stretch, while staying out of the way of his play makers throughout the entire game.He knows he's not a guard and doesn't clog the lanes that they use or occupy the space that they need to make plays! Jokic @ 6'11", Porter @ 6'10", Aaron @ 6'8", KCP @ 6'5", and Murray @ 6'4". What strategies will work against the biggest team in the NBA today? Everything else equal, none. Teams will be scrambling to find legit 5s and big 4s to just catch up to the Nuggets. And then they are still smaller at the 3, 2, & 1. So yeah, Nuggets could win at least 2 championships with this squad.

This man should distance himself from ESPN, he actually knows bball and shouldn't be on that entertainment tv but a real sport tv...

Jokic couldn't be praised more by everyone at ESPN, yet somehow Embid wins MVP. Great season, but CLEARLY not the most valuable player in the NBA. Joker was robbed and it legit has my 42 year old self really struggling with the politics this league has about them the last 5 years or so.
