I've binge watched many of these several times. Tim's story about having $17k stolen from his bank account was harrowing and his response to "Who did it?" made me spit beer on my computer's face, neck and chest.
When I watched Eddie's monologue I was so disappointed that Tim Meadows wasn't included. I remember a running gag that Tim would pop up and no one would remember that he was still on the show.
The Wild Mouse was the scariest ride ever! And very dangerous. A few people were killed on it, and it was deemed too dangerous, and it was taken down from the 2 amusement parks near me.
Whenever I see Tim Meadows I think of Adam Sandler’s song about Chris when he talks about their last big hang at timmy meadows wedding party....ugh breaks my heart.
Tim Meadows adds something special to every show or appearance he makes. Seems like a really cool and nice guy. He's made me laugh often over the years.
Tim is one of the funniest and most underrated cast members. Didn't much for the first couple years, but then did more and more and killed it. That whole time was great.
Thank you Kevin for bringing us Tim here. This was a GREAT interview. I never knew Tim Meadows was such a good guy. This looked like you guys had a lot of fun, just 2 friends sharing... Both of you thanks for this❤️
Kevin has the most unique questions - "Did you have a favorite piece of furniture growing up?" These questions lead to great answers. Love your youtube channel Kevin!
Wow how lucky can you get. Best one yet. He is so funny. Walk Hard l have to see at least once a year. Yeah it's cheap.. No it doesn't give you a hangover....ect. Dewey u don't want want no part of this!!! So damn funny all the way. Love it .
OK for some sweet reason this goes down as possibly my all time FAV Hiking With Kevin show! Must be sweet Timmy!! Thank you Gentlemen!! Great show.!!! Not that either of you care.....
Farley and Meadows were in the same cast in Second City Chicago. I know this because I saw them and I still have the booklet they give out for the show.
I was so hoping he would get him to say, "...Courvoisier, scented candles, and peach-flavored butt cream." lol I'll be the weird old lady in the nursing home whispering that phrase to myself. None of those poor kids will know wth I'm talking about!
I was having a bad day because Katey Segal was very mean to my 10yr old son, who was a "featured extra" on a sitcom with her, that wasn't picked up. I was sitting in the busy hallway they parked me in all day, when suddenly I hear, "How are you do'in?" It was the great, and very kind, Tim Meadows. He actually even paused a moment, but I was so surprised, I think I got out a,"fine," before he went on his way. He really lifted my spirits.
April Lewis That is sad . My kids did a lot of extra work many years ago. And most celebrities were amazing to them . Two of my favorites were Bill Murray and Ricardo Montablom (sorry about the spelling error) from Fantasy Island 🌴 🛫
@@marycook1644 My son had a few bad experiences. But both of my kids had a lot of positive experiences, too. And they enjoyed seeing each set, and how different they can be. I just recommend keeping an eye on your child as much as possible. Today, they feel like they learned a lot, and are very hard workers.
Man, Kevin is living the good life! Such a bon vivant. Taking hikes and having fun conversations with all these amazing people. Blessed to have such soothing content. :)
I’ve been waiting for Tim to take a hike with Kevin for a Long, Long Time! The SNL days with these 2 were the best SNL years of my life! I live these two together!
I ... Don't ... Care .. LMAO, so simple, but one of the funniest bits i've seen yet on a Hiking With Kevin. always thought Tim Meadows was a cool guy. now i'm sure.
Tim Meadows is a person on my list of people I'd love to meet. He's my favorite kind of funny. I wish him a beautiful life. Thanks for making me laugh Tim.
Thanks for interviewing Tim Meadows. Brought back fun memories of SNL. I laughed out loud when you mentioned you were following hiking protocol for trail cleanliness. Good one.
I love when he interviews his cast members from his time on SNL - it takes me right back to that time. Hearing them talk about Chris Farley... oh my goodness...
I don’t believe it! I was around 8 and with my dad on the Wild Mouse rollercoaster. No seat belts! My dad said he would hold me, but once it got rolling he had to hold on so he wouldn’t fall out. So I was bouncing all over the place. How I did not fall out is a miracle. I was scared of heights for years after.
The wild mouse was a dangerous one. I rode it but once. I believe I hurt my ribs. It was not really a roller coaster IMHO but it instilled all the fear needed to mark you for life. I had forgotten all about until this episode. Many thanks to Kevin and Tim!
Tim Meadows is a favorite of mine from SNL. The best straight man actor, reacting to the things around him. I always thought he should've done more afterward.
Yeah, that's what I think. Great straight man, like Phil Hartman, which is harder than it looks. I've never seen Tim live but I've heard him on the improv4humans podcast and he's a great improviser.
I was at one of Kevin's shows and when he was getting on stage I yelled out "Did you eat my fukking Grape?!?!" (From Bucky Larsen) And Kevin without hesitation replied "Oh yeah, that shittty movie I was in."... I've been a huge fan ever since :-)
This was so great. What I loved: The random questions that told you more about Mr. Meadows than straightforward ones . How life just came full circle for him (the coffee cup 💗), the off the cuff comment to the ranger and other hikers, and, most lovely, the comfortableness of the banter between two friends. 🙄
I was walking out of Chicago Comics, and before I get to the door, who walks in? The Ladies' Man himself! All I could muster was an overtly loud "hi!" TM gave the coolest smile and said hello back. I kept it going, very cool.
Kevin Nealon on auto-flush toilets, " I don't like it because it doesn't give you a chance to inspect your work." Had me rolling on the floor in laff city.
This is a tonic today...good conversation and DRY, sunny scenery. I’m so over the rain here in the NW and nice to hear those crunchy footsteps this soggy day.
