Where's the Pitzman's?

It looks good, but I personally like to flavour mine up with a little Pitzman's mustard. It adds a nice zing to it

I don't understand why he wouldn't just mix the ingredients in the food processing chamber, not without the help of the softening cream of course. He's gonna poke his eye out with that fork!

Dont forget the option of putting all the ingredients in your mouth at once and mashing it all together and then just spitting it on some chips

Oh. I thought the bus was gonna make it, or at least be used to mash the avocados.

A lot of folks will do full-on stirring when they fix their guac, but it ain't necessary. Just a light mash will do.

Always finish the guacamole in the microwave for 15 minutes when done. It adds that authentic Mexican taste!
