You need something to seek stuff to dump into your graveyard like Unearth, Buried Alive. You don’t need too much pilots as Okiba himself is quite decent pilot and Parhelion will give you 4/4 pilots for adily

I just played with one that was focused less on sacrifice, and more on discarding and taking incidental advantage of madness cards as well. So no pilots, but free discard outlets - get the exact vehicle you want into your graveyard just before combat, then after combat it comes safely back to your hand. And madness cards to also take advantage of discarding.

Great video. I especially appreciated the honesty in sharing your difficulties with the build, your experiences with it thus far, and your ideas. Too often there's too many videos of pipe dream deck techs that don't truly address fundamentals or even how many card slots are to needed for fundamentals. Anybody can just throw a million vehicles in their deck, but trying to crew them is another story, not to mention do anything else that's required throughout a game like drawing cards, removal, recycling and so forth. To address your deck issues, start with your fundamentals FIRST, and try to have those fundamentals be covered thru cards that synergize with your deck plan. Once you have your fundamentals covered, and hopefully most of the fundamentals will be covered by things that synergize anyway with your game plans, then proceed with adding your favorite vehicles and other cards that you want to include. I always start with my fundamentals and try to choose cards that simultaneously synergize with my gameplan along with providing the fundamentals that every good and balanced deck should have. Rat Colony-s are your best pilots they get more power for other rats. Also add some discard outlets so you don't have to waste mana putting them into play all the time.

Didn't even occur to me to discard expensive vehicles to get them back. I've got the one Network Terminal in there, shouldn't be too hard to fit in a couple more draw/discard cards.

Pack rat is good, it makes the pilots and throws the vehicles in the graveyard

Yes. She's phenomenal as a vehicle commander. What's better than casting a vehicle and getting a FREE 2/1 Fairy "pilot" creature token? She's absurd honestly. You lose any of the Boros card options due to a lack of red in your commander, but white and blue are your best vehicle color synergies anyway, and black offers a whole new slew of options that red doesn't, such as pure draw, reanimation, and better creature removal. She's awesome! Good call!

Maybe Playing Sydri to have access to blue, or jumping into tribal rats as subtheme might do the trick!

Maybe gisa for a sac outlet for more pilots. There is a vehicle that produces its own pilots i believe 2 1/1s. Maybe some send card to grave effects because if you send parhellion to grave okiba boss can both crew and recur it from grave and swing big with angels as soon as turn 3

Y'know that didn't even occur to me to discard vehicles to get them back with Greasefang? And the vehicle that makes its own pilots is the blue/white one from the commander precon.

@@Y2KNW enchanted wagon is the token generator its from throne. also I'm not sure but maybe Rebec from commander legends will help get your artifacts get damage through too. Ps. foundry inspector can help reduce and pilot vehicles.

Honestly i mostly use other artifact creatures and creatures that support artifacts/vehicles to crew vehicles besides pilots and trying to make tokens. Also if you rely on discarding/sacrificing vehicles you should have a constant good selection in and out of your graveyard at all times and sense you do not have to worry vehicles dying in combat or blocking, you might not need as much vehicles in your deck as much as you think you do. My deck only had 15 and i was able to keep them constantly rotating.

@@Y2KNW Anything that offers fundamental benefits... control, ramp, etb artifact creatures, recycling, draw power, abilities that can generally be helpful throughout a game. There's so many that its too many to list, but here's a few... Mindless Automaton (Draw and discard!), Razormane Masticore (Control and discard!), Mana Gargoyle, Golden Guardian... there's tons of artifact creatures like these that offer great utility within your basic fundamentals throughout a game. You're also overlooking the over abundance of white cards that offer better support and fuel your gameplan... Rebbec to protect all your artifacts and make them unblockable and unable to receive damage, Brilliant Restoration, Triumphant Reckoning, Planeswalkers that make tokens which white has tons of, Primeval's Glorious Rebirth to mass reanimate everything legendary of yours, and the list goes on. Not sure of you're building based on what you have in your personal collection or whatever you want that you can buy though.

Divine Visitation turns your 1/1 rat tokens into 4/4 angels which will help with piloting vehicles.

Understandable. King mycar is also a great option man. He can pilot, destroy a creature and creates ramp in the form of gold tokens every time he untaps all for 4 mana. Also throne of the god pharaoh will do damage everytime you untapped any creature to each opponent.

@@dylansturm8065 I took the deck apart a week ago and King Macar never once got to use his until ability over the lifespan of the deck. :( I think he hit the table twice in over a dozen games and got nuked before I ever got to use him.
