Time for a New Home, the MoHo is For Sale. 

She’s off to a new home. It has been heartwarming to read all the comments and messages reflecting on times in the MoHo. :) Thank you all for being part of my life and part of this exciting and emotional transition to the rig life and sale of the motorhome. So so so excited to be hitting the road and bringing exciting new adventures very soon.

Not gonna lie Dustin. A bit sad to see the ol' girl go. Was a big part of Destination Adventure, but you've done so well with the new rig, and getting it outfitted for exactly your needs. All us BCers are proud of you.

That gunk on your ignition module is heat sink compound, I would recommend some fresh compound to keep that new ignition module alive.

I also wanted to mention that we met one of your patreon supporters down in Baja this past winter, Joan - she mentioned that you have been a big inspiration to her, enough that she's traveling down in Baja solo. That white gunk under the ignition control module is heatvsink compound. It's to conduct excess heat away from the module. Keep the bolts tight and good heat conductance.

Wow, what a good price for a solid reliable rig. I was expecting the price to be over 10K. My girlfriend and I on Vancouver island love your videos and are so tempted to buy it! unfortunately we don't have yards to park it. Wow man I had a 1993 chevy 454 engine 4dr long bed 1 ton dually. It got 10 mpg pulling a trailer and sometimes 11 mpg downhill without a trailer or a load. Getting 14 mpg on that MOHO was actually good for a 454.

I know you already sold it but I love this as an advertisement for the Moho. You even showed the work you did to make it ready; not something everyone gets when they buy a used vehicle. "I think that's the problem", nope, "okay, now this part". And tada! Love it. So detailed and still entertaining even though it's not exploration.

Man, if we had 7g we'd be on the way from Prince George in a heartbeat. Wife and I have wanted to get a motorhome, tow a couple dirt bikes and vlog for a couple years now. I've had my 89 winnebago chieftain 34 feet for 9 years. Mines is going up for sale soon, too. 132000kms original 454 powered, original owners book and documents from 1996! Has a lot of upgrades, Renergy 400 watt solar, new tires, brakes, roof resealed etc etc etc I paid 8k cdn for mine and I'm listing mine for 8k obo. Love your videos but a word of caution pouring gas down the carb and not putting the air filter on w the lid. Especially bc you were sitting in the cab and had an open can of gas under your legs. Don’t ask how I know.

I had a 28-foot Class A with the same 454 and I was lucky to get 8 mpg. I am very impressed with this rig. Knowing the quality of work you do, this rig is going to bring someone many happy miles of adventures.

Covid was a bad deal, but out of it came your spirit of adventure. Love seeing BC the way you see it. Such a beautiful place, with your gift for story telling, editing and video capabilities, you brought it to life for the Oregon boy. Someone is going to get a decent rig at a fair price.

Can't believe ya partn ways with the MoHo but makes sense the truck is so much more practical.

No matter how much love (and $$$) you toss into these, there is ALWAYS something more to do. They never get 100%, and as such you are lucky to get what you paid for them, let alone all the money you put in to use them. That said, I treat that $$ as "rent"........you paid for the experience, not the investment. I hope you get a interested buyer. Keep us posted!

Really good price your asking - someone will snap that up quickly , here in Australia it would be worth 4 - 6 times the price . Sad to see her go but the new one gives you more flexibility

7000 is reasonable. I have a similar rv, but better shape. I insure it for 10,000. Not crazy about the chemical toilet - what's the story there ? But perfectly acceptable of course, as long as all the grey water works fine. I see some some dirt stain, coming from the hot water tank vent area. so how is that ? Since you did all that work on the roof, I assume no leaks anymore ... It should sell quick. I'm tempted to buy it myself, so I better lie down till it passes. Chuck

Just wanna say that I'm both sad and glad that you're selling the MoHo. Yes, it was like a staple of your channel, but honestly, your new rig is the way to go... Minimizing the footprint while maximizing the use of evey square foot, plus 4x4, you'll be able to go to more places than ever before. Also, the diesel engine will care way less about varying qualities of fuel depending of which part of the world you are, as well as having no trouble getting back to life after long periods of time not running. The Ram just makes the most sense for what you do!!!
