About Chase Eagleson:
Chase Eagleson is best known for his work on his RU-vid channel covering popular songs in an acoustic style and performing original music. Many of these videos also feature his sister and fellow musician, Sierra Eagleson. Chase took formal guitar and drum lessons in his early teens for a couple years, but eventually continued self-teaching new instruments, singing and music production. Chase Eagleson produces most of his content, from official music releases to his RU-vid videos, from his home studio he has built over the years. @@skeletonbuyingpealts7134 for context: there's a Japanese manga series called JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and has 8 parts with a 9th one currently ongoing. The first 6 parts have been adapted into an anime with the 7th part hopefully getting an adaptation in the next year or so. Someone made a fan ending to the part using this song as the JoJo anime uses actual songs like I Want You and Roundabout so the creator wanted to do something similar. It's really good and you should check it out. It's by RawazFHK

Why would a cover not be able to capture the magic? Jim Croce was an artist; the cover is done by an artist. The original had instruments + vocals; a cover would have instruments + vocals. They have literally all the same components and potential. Unless you think cover artists are implicitly and irredeemably less talented than artists who sign with record labels?
