*Dude, thanks for the tutorial!* *Btw, recently, I’ve seen a video in Tik-Tok, where was used some kind of time freeze with the broken alarm clock and then it was time reverse and restored, and at the same time the man who was doing it, his motions were in real time like in your tutorial!* *I’ll hope, that you understood what exactly video I meant 😅* *So, your guide helps me to explain how to control the time and do different things with it: stopping, slow-mo and doing smth in real-time simultaneously👍*
@@flo.motion plz make that type of advanced breakdown tutorial rather then this plzz make that type of effect like tiktok video above talking its really needy !!!!!!!!!!!!????????????????????????????
Thanks for the tutorial. It's amazing. I have a question about roto. How can I roto the hair in after effects or mocha. It's easy on photoshop but I don't know how to select hair in mocha . Can you make a tutorial about hair rotoscoping?
Hey, for hair you could use the roto brush tool like I have shown in this tutorial. Another great software is shilouhette also from BorisFX (as mocha) so definately check that out!!
The reality is some hair roto is done with open spines for various strands. Silhouette is probably the best application for roto'ing wispy hair. If the subject is against a sky or bright background sometimes you can get away with keying the hair and combining it with standard tracked roto masks. You can make open splines in Mocha but there is no control to "stroke or taper" like in Silhouette.
I love your titles the 3d 80's Glitch Effect. I am trying to recreate. I've got the 3d effect going using multiple layers and scaling. its' the glitching I am having trouble with. Did you use a "card wipe", a "displacement map", "set matte", etc I cannot tell exactly. I'll keep trying. Some clues would be awesome.
haha... you are right... with almost everything! It is all of that and a color displacement I did with the set channels effect on top! I am thinking about creating a tutorial for that!!
I do have one question. When I drop the timewarp effects my key frames seem to off by about 400 frames. In other words, the "0" frame is actually at around 400. I tried precomposing the clip thinking that it might due to a trimmed clip but kept running into same problem. On the effect dashboard I have everything set as it is in your tutorial. Anyway you can point to me to the right solution? Thanks again for making these great tutorials.
@@flo.motion It's a challenge for me because I live in a different time zone and last time I had to be zeroth to be first. This time, I had to travel back in time to be first which was possible this time because he said miss you instead of first so boy I ramble a lot. Anyway, less than 1.6K to 100K subscribers! LOL you at 8:00 in 3D. Most of all, what an amazing tutorial, I am so lucky to have you as a professor and a friend.
