Well, can you confirm something for me? King crimson works by separating the 'hitbox' and the 'sprite' of Diavolo. Diavolo controls his 'hitbox' but people react to his 'sprite' that reacts to people but Diavolo must reunite them after 10 seconds, he can only dodge in the separation fase but can Interact only once both are reunited. The positions of others weren't registered, as they attacked an empty 'sprite' so that those movements aren't calculated correctly as the actions are incomplete, causing the server to skip the frames of the last 10 seconds and recalculating everyone's position. In the player's perspective there is no memory of the last 10 seconds causing large scale confusion

Do you think that if Kira used bites the dust on Diavolo, he could skip the moment in which he explodes and time is rewound, basically ignoring the loop in the timeline and only continueing to live, basically sending everyone but Diavolo back in time and creating one timeline I which there is no Kira, but all other humans continue their daily life, while Kira is the only one consciously stuck in a loop and Diavolo is fated to skip btd. And an infinite amount of time lines with neither Kira nor Diavolo because there is only one Diavolo from the first btd and Kira who doesn't exist beyond the point in time that btd activated.

@@helpme4720 I just remembered I rewrote the whole thing King crimson, instead of time, manipulates fate or the future if you're adamant about it manipulating time. Regardless of what you name it, it plays out the same : Diavolo activates king crimson's epitaph allowing him to see the next 10 seconds with perfect accuracy, everyone was fated to move a certain way and they do. Diavolo, however can ignore his fate for those 10 seconds and move freely in an intangible state meaning he can't attack himself or take damage in "erased time". Once the 10 seconds run out however, he can instantly attack but he can only be in one place. He can trick people unaware of his ability by taunting them just before skipping time so they attack then but the attack will just faze through him and hit whatever's on the other side due to its inertia, be it another person or an object. How do you think a mind is supposed to react if its destiny is completely changed? It gets severely disoriented. In essence, king crimson is the original D4C, it can create a space were its own misfortune is negated and it can heal or essentially create a new user that has the same memories and motivation as the previous one. About some theoretical matchups: The world inserts actual time in a timeline, adding extra fate where diaVolo has no control over since no actual time oasses, that is to day there are no fated events in between a fraction of an instant. Essentially king crimson gets donuted. Against killer queen, in direct combat diavolo can be as reckless as he wants because he can negate the first bomb detonating or prevent him getting touched. If kira uses bites the dust on him, the first time he will blow up and time will rewind, the second time, king crimson will protect him from exploding meaning only kira gets sent back in time while the rest of the world just continues the timeline loop free while kira and whoever the bomb was planted on (it's not clear whether the host has to be a stand user or not since we only saw it on Hayato and the Paramedic lady who, as far a s we know weren't stand users) are stuck in the 1 hour loop, unfortunately he is unaware of what happens in each rewind, besides what he can glean from the people around him, he might therefore never figure it out and have trapped himself. King crimson against king crimson is a stalemate but eventually boils down to which diavolo uses it the least, making it a very hardboiled and stamina driven battle. If diavolo uses king crimson while time reaches a singularity point caused by made in heaven, he can temporarily avoid being compressed to the point from which the big bang sprung. Thus however is only in 10 second intervals and relies on diavolo's stamina, that is if earth wasn't destroyed already or he simply dies of old age which once again depends on his stamina. Her his future sight is severely shitrend because of course that time frame is accelerated. Made in heaven could sneak up on him like that already, preventing his personality and possibly his stand from returning in the new universe. D4C can get blitzed by king crimson while it positions itself just when it emerges with a new valentine. He would die yo the menger amalgamation though since it's a constant effect unless it happens within 10 seconds where he becomes intangible while the other diavolo is consumed, thereby removing the danger. Against love train he can't do anything really since it is a reaction effect that doesn't rely on fate but on instant reflection, making diavolo's attacks useless, he might be able to phaze through the screen and kill valentine inside it though.

Exactly actually! Basically, to explain it simpler, Hit resides in a realm in where time and space does not exist, its his pocket realm, time is still going in the real world however at any given time he can jump out of his pocket realm and use the "Time Skip" ability, think of King Crimson, when you try to punch king crimson and he uses time erase your movement is still happening however you can not move see or feel any of this happening however King Crimson is still able to move about while this action is happening, same thing with hit all time space etc. is happening but nobody knows that they are doing anything while he resides in a pocket realm and when the time is right he strikes, think of you being a fish and you are going to eat something but you don't even realize you are doing it some how and your mind is in another place, while a shark is hiding it a cave or something and then strikes. You have no consciousness but everything you do is in effect however hit can move about freely in time whenever he wants, it is basically just King Crimsons ability but MUCH MUCH more powerful. Oh and, Goku was able to destroy Hit's time skip because it is still able to be overpowered, if you are overpowering it like Goku was you are going to be able to cancel all of the effects of it and stop it from happening kind of loading per say, think of Goku overpowering hits time skip as kind of like how fast your PC runs and hits time skip as a game loading, if your PC is conflicting with the game loading because your PC cannot handle it the game is on a stand still, it cant do anything, the PC isn't affecting your browser (other people in time skip) but it is affecting your game, if your game crashes that's hit's time skip failing and him losing, if he is able to use the time skip on the person fighting it, the game loaded.

King crimson erases time, which basically lets him erase fate for himself , white everyone else still has to, they also don’t remember anything they experienced during the duration of time erase

unofficial translations are never accurate. They are close but not a 100%. In the subs I watched, it was always time skip. These subs are also unofficial.

Geekdom101 Goku shattered it because the writers were lazy and there was only like 3 minutes left so Toei just said fuck it and threw in some screaming and pretty colors and a Kamehameha and boom Goku beats Hit, best plot device yet.

Hey Geekdom 101, skipping time would make sense if he could´nt change his location (!), like when he is in some kind of defense mode, time stil goes but his body is not there, therefore goku can´t hit him but if he changes places in the moment he is out of the timeline, that is actually skipping place. The explanation that the time is not stopping is quite right, well for him time does not exist but PLACE does exist, And I want to point out that the the writting at 5:40 is kinda wrong, because it should be that his location changes but he still comes at the same timeline and not another timeline. You see if hit attacks, his location is jumped into another place, and everybody wondering how did he move that fast. He does not appear in another timeline. He appears at the sametimline but another placeline! He is just going out of the timeline and skipping place AT THE SAME MOMENT, or in his demension where he "skips" In methaphysic it would be called 4th Demension I think.

@@Ninjaguy3128 I don’t think you have any idea how fast the speed of light is. When traveling at the speed of light, one can travel the circumference of the earth approximately 7 times in one second. I have watched the whole show, and as far as I could see, no one did that, except by teleporting, but that’s not the same as traveling in motion. It could also be that his technique has nothing to do with relativity, but it’s the only reasonable scientific explanation for what he is doing.

I doubt it, rember while the Time skip gives Hit the energy to create his pocket realm the Pocket Realm is a indepent secondary power, and Super showed us it has a defined size when goku broke it, a good example might be think of the Santuary spell in Bulder's Gate, or the summoned campsight when using the Frostfall Mod in Skyrim. Hit creates a bubble that exist in this realm but is not connected to it. His Time Skip gives him the energy to create the realm but the realm is sepeate. So in the Room of Spirit and time Hit would still be able to create his time bubble inside it, though due to the Realm of Spirit and Time moving at an accelerated rate Hit might not be as effective as his time skip might also be accelerated, which might make his time bubble less of an iron defense. Another thing to keep in mind is his time bubble wouldn't help him with assassinations, the time Skip makes him vanish and carry out his excecutions but the bubble leaves him completely visible what it does it prevent counter strikes or even counter assisinations since he wount be In synch with time for a attack to land.

Actually now that I'm really thinking about it. Time can be slowed or sped up within the chamber. Its often sped up. Since hit can STORE time. I imagine because time can be faster in the HTC he could store more time at a faster rate than he could outside the HTC. Theoretically he would only need to train the capacity of his time storage, if there is one. He would go in for a day use that day to store a years worth of time, come out and destroy reality

That walking through the halway with the frozen time background effect is actually Hit activating and overlapping his pocket dimension on the hall and walking in his own dimenson. When he talked to the mob bos and everything else was frozen, then he not just used his dimension on the room, he also allowed the mob boss into his dimension, that's why he could move just like Hit, while everyone else around appeared frozen.

Netts Deli Usually I get that! That's a good justification for it, and I believe you. I still have a problem with it though. I wanted to see more of what happened during the Champa tournament. Lateral, creative, tactical thinking. But recently, its just been screaming and powering up until the other guy folds. Which is awesome in its own right!! I enjoy it still. Just not as much as seeing fighters solve unique problems with unique solutions.

+GRB13 we will probably see some with piccolos fights, let's just be patient for now, but I do agree that the fights need some more strategy, it's just that you can't do much with ki. Naruto is good because you have counters to certain things, hell even Pokemon, anyways just be patient.

Except Obito literally does nothing in regards to speed. Obito's Kamui allows him to go back and forth between dimensions, essentially allowing him to teleport. His phase ability is basically hiding a part of himself within another dimension. Hit also has a time limit, Obito does not. He can stay in his dimension however long he wants.

No he goes to a dimension where time doesn't exist for 0.1 second and then comes back the main dimension. That's how he's able to skip through time.

That makes me think of Limbo from Warframe where it can phase into another dimension where nothing can interact with it and vice versa. Makes me think time skip isn’t a good name for the ability with that taken into account.

IMMACYCLOPS What Goku did to hits technique is pretty much the same as what Buu did to the ROSAT when he screamed and it ripped a hole in dimensions.

X02Overdose Goku shot a Kamehameha at Hit with the Kaioken Times Ten power boost and Hit was still able to stop it.

Hit has bunch of different abilities that stem from dimension manipulation. He can become intangible, and he can skip through time and he can bring other people into his pocket dimension and have a conversation with them instantly (technically). How they all work was already explained but those are all the things he can do.
