I thoroughly enjoyed building the 40' Box Cars. I didn't go for any of these but am waiting for the cabooses/cabeese next! Looking forward to even more (pretty please!)

You guys need to redesign the frame so that the screws don't keep laying over when trying to screw the frame to the car body like they're doing in the video. Took me 30 minutes just to do that one step on one car alone because of that issue, and I had 3 all together that I had to put together.
I like your kits. But one tip you should have put in your videos and I saw the problem as the person demonstrating was having. You should have drilled and tapped screw holes before putting the screws in. It makes the screws go in easier and helps keep from damaging the screw. I found out this when I put the gons together. If you could give us what size screws that are given in the kit, then we know what size drill and tap to use? I know the screws are not standard 2-56's. One last suggestion, you should have made the frame out of diecast to give the car more weight.
When putting the screws in the hole for the trucks, I think I read somewhere, they were talking about a 3-point suspension, where one truck is snugged down (still moves easy, but no slop,) and the screw in the trucks on the other end, should be more lose, to make it track better. Any information of that way of attaching trucks?
