why are the -s and +s swapped in the diagram at 8:45 or is it just me reading it incorrectly? Cause if you add time towards the East and subtract towards the West like you said earlier, why is E -5 for instead of +5 for example?

Guys please keep in mind that it is not because the sun rises earlier in the east that it is gonna be earlier there forever since the earth rotates from west to east thus turning the eastern areas of the globe into later areas.
