This lawn renovation includes scarifying heavily, aerating, overseeding and topdressing. The garden is in a very sunny area and based at a new build property which are renowned for having very poor, often stony and clay based soils.
3 weeks prior to the renovation, I came and applied some Roundup (Glyphosate) to kill off some pre-existing weeds and undesirable grass species. This is why you can see plenty of Brown areas on the lawn.
