I went for a whole day without food because I was attempting to lose weight, and the day after that my body couldn't take it anymore. I was literally shaking all over from weakness caused by a lack of calories. How do you people manage to go for like 3 days without food and experience no weakness?? I suppose I was walking a lot...? Oh and I've learnt that borderline starvation isn't the way to lose weight.
You need to exercise and eat healthy, being LAZY all day and not eating anything will not let you loose weight or be healthy. Just 20 mins of exercise everyday can lead to a everlasting healthy body with a good protection.
my longest time without eating was 3 days (was going through an eating disorder) and i ended up also experiencing extreme weakness where i couldn't walk for awhile and was also shaking. you're not alone there lol
Note that angus barbieri was over 450 pound when he started his one year fasting. During that period, he was followed by his doctor every week and took a regular amount of vitamin and minerals to be sure that he does not get any health issue from his fasting. After a year. He lost more than half of his weigth.
I once didn't eat for 14 days straight after a traumatic incident and I slept like 23 hours a day because I was so weak and couldn't get out of bed (guys please eat)
Im already on 2 days. I started january 19th and ive already lost 3 pounds. What i do to maintain potassium is to drink water with salt in it, make sure its not alot. But mix it around for some electrolyte balance. It contains no carbs or calories if its 100% natural. Without potassium, youll be really weak. Drink atleast once a day especially. But another side affect is that when you do starve (for me or others which depends) i get up and everything goes black from the lack of protein.
Longest I ever went without food was 23 hours. I used to do intermittent fasting and I’d regularly go 16-18 hours without eating. Sometimes I’d hit 18 hours and wasn’t even hungry!
i spent 37 hours without eating once havent been the same ever since i tried doing it again basically i felt alot of gastric pain afterwards, wasnt able to sleep and my head was going nuts with withdrawals
Don't even joke about that... Starvation is something really serious... I once didn't eat for 33h and 30min and was sent to the hospital because I fainted from hunger...
Recovering from Anorexia Nervosa, more than a year passed and i'm doing better, hope you're doing well too. Even though it's hard know that there's a way out of this thing. :-: Keep going, don't give up!
