There is absolutely no way you can get the side engine mount off on a 4x4 version due to the transfer box hitting the subframe stopping you from getting the engine high enough to remove the mounting. This must be a 2 wheel drive version
There are two types of engine's bracket. One is fixed on four bolts and the other one on three bolts. Three bolts type does not cover the tensioner and there is no problem to remove it even in AWD car. Checked.
Hi, can you tell how to take off that part of mount, i have now in my shop kia sportage 2.0crdi 4wd and i need to change timing belt, but cant take of that part off mount?
I dont know how they can remove engine mounting bracket that attach on the engine block i can remove it because stuck at timing tensioner bearing i have kia sportage crdi 4wd version may be if fwd may be easy same on this video tutorial
