Can't stand he treated Nhatan this way .He took his frustration with his wife leaving him on these poor kids. When his wife was hysterical crying on the stand he looked like he had revenge.
Dr. Frierson slays me with his responses and facial expressions . He lays the cards on the table & appears to abolish mental problems and Leaves no reason other than "cruelty" for these Acts. Look out defense team!!!..........This Doctor clearly defines Tim knew what he was Doing. ... The good doctor periodically looks at Tim With a look "DON'T PLAY ME " FELLA!😂
What I don't understand is...If Mira went with Tim to the store for cigarettes...when they got back from the store he killed the other 4 kids. Why was Mira found naked???? She wasn't naked when she went to the store! And for Tim to say upon killing his kids " It was better for him to know where they were at " , Tim is really saying..." It is better for me to kill the kids to keep them from their mother!!" imo He's a spoiled, revengeful, narcissistic, POS in my book! I LOVE how this Dr. looks over at Tim when he repeats something that Tim told him LOL.

..... sometimes you come across people such as this man, this Doctor .....where his passion for his profession out weighs the buck. I respect and like him.... a lot!
I thought the psychiatrist was very good. Plain spoken, with easy to understand explanations. A shame most expert witnesses aren't like that. It was funny that he said at 11:15 ”That’s just weird”.
HE NEEDS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HE DID....WHY WAS IT SO EASY TO BLAME HIS WIFE?? WHEN THEY WERE TOGETHERHE WAS AN ABUSER, MAKING HER LIFE MISERABLE; SHE HAD A MISCARRIAGE AND A STILLBORN...I AM SURE HE HAD A LOT TO DO WITH WHAT HAPPENERD TO HER!!
I see what you did there, Mr. Prosecutor! By decertifying this expert’s credentials they really made him into a prosecution witness, but can still question him as if it’s cross and have the leeway associated with that. This doctor has to be one of the most credible expert witnesses I have ever seen. When he acknowledges the other possible diagnoses, but rejects the assertion that he would be criminally insane....case closed for me.
It is horrible when I hear what the doctor 😷 says about Tim went to the convenient store to buy the cigarettes and come back and killed the other four 4⃣ children. O. M. G. I will have bad dreams tonight after watching this part of the story.

@@ccorleans3063 is an awful story. And my heart broke for the mom (amber) but when tim Sr took the stand and he spoke very clearly about the situation my opinion about amber has changed. I thought she was all about her kids and only trying to better her life and felt they were in best hands but she basically gave her kids up. Wtf. The two babies? Gabe and Elaine why weren't they with her that's terrible. My baby is 1.5. No way in the world could u take her from me she's still to little.
I’m so glad the jury recognizes him for knowing full well what he was doing. Yes he’s crazy, but not insane in because he knew what he was doing ....he was still always in control.

In this situation, if shed had done that and ran, she wouldve violated a court order and ended up in jail with no hope of ever regaining custody. The kids most likely wouldve faced the same fate once reunited with the father. He believed the children were conspiring against him, and punished her for the position he helped to place her in. She could have never won custody without the things she needed to provide...if she did by some miracle, then she'd be called a terrible mother for not providing. She went along with what she thought was best given her financial situation and his. She has no idea he would murder her kids. Its easy to place judgement, but none of us have ever been in *her* shoes. My mother ran with me from her abusive husband, my step-father. She worked 2 jobs and wasnt home at night when he would rape and molest me. He tracked us down, and terrorized us for years. My mother eventually gave custody of me to my grandparents. Our town, church, and some family shamed her for this, not understanding what she had really been through, or why she had made those decisions. When we left in the night we took her beater car, our clothes on our backs and 250 dollars from her last check. If he had been my father, i have no doubt he wouldve fought for custody and won. He was the one with the really good job, stability, and a winning personality on the surface. She thought she did the right thing by not going to court over the abuse, knowing hed make her life a living hell. Hindsight is 20/20. This mother didnt always make the best decisions, but no parent does. She is not the reason this monster murdered her 5 children. Just like my mother wasnt the reason my grandparents gained custody, or the reason her husband raped me.

He represents the court, not the prosecution or the defense. He says that he makes a yearly salary, he is not paid hourly and he did not receive extra pay for this case. Completely neutral.
I believe this doctor is the best. He makes the most sense and studied everything he could to come up with the most informed diagnosis. I believe him the most. He's very good.

He reminds me a little of the nutty professor with Jerry Lewis..He is definitely the psychologist I would like if I had to choose..I can see why he made it so far in his profession..
The thing I like about this witness is that he seems to want the truth, this guy has no skin in the game. He gives Timmy the benefit of the doubt over and over again but it still doesn't add up. This has been the best witness so far. So smart! On the flip side, I wouldn't pay the defense a penny, they are dumber than a box of rocks. Hopefully they are court appointed.
Wait...did the circuit breaker flip? Is that what happened to start this horrible tragedy? Seriously? That happened all the time in the last home i owned. If too many things were plugged in & turned on, to 1 circuit (or whatever it’s called), the breaker would flip. Certain items seemed to cause to to happen like the iron & hair dryer. All we had to do was go to the basement & see which breaker had flipped & flip it back! Surely 5 kids weren’t killed bc a flipped breaker made this man enraged. No words.

Spice is from China laboratories and anything could be put in this stuff. Meth, Coke, certain pills, yes I agree. But real pure weed only makes people relax and chill out. Clearly biased towards the state. Can’t say that I blame him but not the way our legal system is supposed to work. The corruption within our courts here in America is very disturbing and mind blowing.
He's "biased toward the state" because his medical conclusion lines up with theirs? If he came to the conclusion that he was insane would you say he was "biased toward the defense"? There was only two conclusions he could come to, sane or insane. Coming to a conclusion doesn't make him "biased".
I'd say this is an example of the Judicial system working very well.....and I love our constitution and am sickened by the system in this generation....just saying.
