A strong impact or knock to the head can potentially lead to tinnitus, especially if it causes trauma to the auditory system or affects the structures of the ear. If you've experienced such an impact and are noticing tinnitus or other symptoms, it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation and appropriate care.
