no offense po, i used to cook like that lng, same procedure ng inyo, pero hindi masarap😔 or ang hirap hulihin ng lasa. i suggest ung chicken isimmer ng konting patis din. then igisa din ng tanglad, at isama sa pagkulo ng sabaw. mas msrap din whole peppercorn. then for perfection pde lgyan ng chicken broth or chicken cubes.

Oo nga, gnon dn style ko. Bgo yong tubig llagyan kn ng patis ska wd tanglad dn. Ako pnghuli n yong sayote pg mlapit ng hanguin kc msarap yong half cook lng kc manamis-namis.

Babes Cayetano staple ksi ang tinola s bahay, halos once a week ksma sa menu dhil mdali lutuin ska d nakakasawa. mgstart ako sa gnyang kasimple na process pero hirap tlgng pasarapin, usually matabang, tas kailangan ngang partneran pa ng patis pra mglasa. eh mga nilulutuan tayo na ayaw ng me sawsawan (especially kids) dahil nga ang ulam it’s meant to be tasty na once inulam na sa kanin. ung tanglad makes a difference, mas lalong mgging star ang sabaw, kahit di na budburan ng patis. iwas dagdag alat ksi ayko din ng maalat.

@@twentyfour24and17 Well sbi nman nla " any comment or suggestions kya wag nla msamain. Ska yong pgssabaw eh ktamtaman lng dn. Ndi yong pra ng lumulutang. Pro mas msarap tlga lasa ng dhong sili kesa mlunggay mski p very healthy ang mlunggay. Sbagay pwede nmang pgsamahin.

That is my ulam..minus the patis..nakalimutan ko kumuha kanina sa grocery😥...sawsawan ko soysauce with lemon...sarap sarap🤗🤗🤗

noticeable talagang magaling at sanay si maam nadia magluto. you can see passion and dedication! nahinang (honed) po talaga kayo ng panahon. iba talaga yung may innate talent sa cooking na very obvious sa mga video mo maam nadia. kaya pabalik balik ako dito. seeing you inspires me to cook everyday kahit loaded sa work. salamat po sa passion at dedication sa cooking. Hi try niyo po tinolang manok with or iginisa sa alamang mas masarap at malasa pp compared po sa simpleng patis lang ang pampaalat promise mas malasa po talaga . Natutuhan ko po yun kay nanay ❤️We used to cook tinola kasi sa tarlac ni nanay na alamang ang ipinanggisa ta sobrang miss ko na yun ngayon.

Ako, I always sauteé the chicken with garlic, onion, tomato and ginger 😁 never pa po akong gumamit ng fish sauce, asin lang po talaga. Masarap din naman 😍😍

twentyfour24and17 Matigas ang manok? Chicken cooks at fast at 4-10 mins depends on tge cut and temprature. The faster napakulo the more tender the chicken.
