I had to watch this one twice.....so far! I love the park setting. I raised my kids in the mountains of California and I really miss the seasons changing. You two are just about the cutest couple on YOU TUBE. Always entertaining. Thank you for your reviews.

Awww I Loved this Video and i also Love the Mountains and I lived in Washington where we had Mountains on one View and Oceans on the other :) I Love the sense of Community that Tiny House owners seem to have :) Thank You for sharing this and the walk thru was Great :)

After years of watching tiny houses on youtube I find these ones the most impressive. I want to see inside all of them especially the one with the outdoor fireplace on the overhang terrace. Where can I see inside some of these? Can you guys tour them for video?

Sweet TH Community! My only concern is lack of privacy as the developer is incentivized to rent as many lots as possible. Better than cold Leadville tho.

I'm curious about tiny homes much like this but that aren't movable and if any neighborhoods have popped up with that type of housing. I saw a video of someone who has a home like that in Durango but it didn't look like she was in a neighborhood specific for those types of homes.

The street is soo wide but the lots look to be similar to European towns (if less over build).

Tiny home means tiny lot and no one wants to be packed into an acre 30 deep. That kinda defeats the purpose of it all, downsizing, getting away from the crowds is appealing. Living in a trailer park format where you can hear your neighbors tv isn’t ideal.

What are the outside noise rules or regulations? (Music, parties etc?)

Hi! We have an evening curfew of 9pm, which means that the community pretty much settles down by then. Because people living here at Peak View Park love nature, peace and quiet, loud parties and loud music just don't happen here.
