I like that there are so many different styles in 399 sq ft. Also I like that it was noisy when you were outside, but as soon as you stepped inside it got so quiet. I will continue to watch your videos thanks for posting them.
Love how you ALWAYS color coordinate with the homes you show. I do like the outside and porch is great 👍 really really nice home. You know your homes and show them very well. Hope you never break a bone showing the “ real wood “lol!!

I love it in there too! I just bought a huge sectional similar to the color and a beautiful rug with turquoise, cream, hints of magenta and navy blue in it and I love how it gives my house a pop of color!
That is so nice, especially if you have no choice but to live in an urban environment with all the traffic, drama, kids screaming in day care, auto horns...and then instantly when the door closes, it's all gone. Some serious insulation and sound-proofing.

OMG I LOVE THIS TINY!!! PD: request ... ... Is it possible to make a tiny house with a pop up/extendable/standing roof loft? pleaaaaaseeeee pleasee. hehehe love you channel, and love u Mr. Tiny!
Favorite part is the porch. It’s beautiful! All of the windows & beautiful wood. I’d change the doors to pocket doors for more convenience & takes up less space. Overall just gorgeous!!
Nice home, nice layout, great presentation. Everything you pointed out is a positive aspect. The white exterior and interior, with the splash of light grays and black appliances is very flexible as a neutral environment. Putting the washer and dryer behind the door is novel, but must be a pain to install. Having all the functional systems set up for convenience is very nice, almost plug-and-play. At least it gives that impression from your exterior tour. The slats around the porch are very nice. Also, great coordinated outfit for this unit, as always.
OMG!! This video made me want to buy this house!! The Travis has almost everything I need in the tiny house I want. Great video! It made me laugh while being a great Realtor!! Thank you!
I wish they had a nice Tiny Home Community in Chicago, every time I see a upstairs loft space I think of a Big Closet for my clothes, I would try to design a Tiny that use some of that space as a upstairs .. downstairs closet that can be reached from the bedroom or bathroom.
Nice that a tour of the exterior was done. It's amazing what they can do with 399SF. The only thing I didn't like about this one is the bedroom closet. It would be difficult to access the part of the closet that is tucked in behind the wall. I would ask them if they could open that up and maybe put some other type of door, like the sliding doors, so that you can have easier access to the entire closet.
Mike, Don't forget ADA approved doorways. Or dominos, LEGO, tinker toys, Jack's & all kinds of fun games for the grandkids in the loft. Plus make it side-by-side washer & dryer to get us seniors onboard.
I love all the windows, the color contrast of the exterior, the porch, heck I love it all. These tiny homes from RRC are so well thought out, and so many options, the competition really has to keep up.
Very nice. I could do without the window to the right hand side as one comes into the home. That’s a good spot for hooks and hanging coats and other needed items.
Mr. Tiny! Love this model! One thing would make it perfect: what about a drop down well in the loft with a long built in shelf/desk for a home office? Saw similar on Living Big in a Tiny House. Sit on floor, feet go into the well work away!
This is my favourite! I would love to have a tiny house like this. It feels so open and I love the rolling island you could easily fit a table in there with the island, too. Great choices for this one!
Love this unit! That's a lot of windows, are those "STORM WINDOWS-Double Insulated" on that unit? Would you please talk more about the types of windows you have on these units, so we can get a better idea of the durability of the Tiny House during serious weather? What other/additional options do we have in a tiny home to insulate from serious weather? Thank you.
One of the things that I would like to see is the blinds inside the windows. Let’s cleaning and better look. You also mentioned PETS. It would be nice to have a little Dog/cat door leading to the porch. But overall I really love this model.
This is a nice home, but not for me. I really like the ones that have space above the kitchen cabinets. This was lost due to the slope of the ceiling. Lost space behind the bedroom door also since it has to swing in. For the price of this home, I would have expected to see a retractable kitchen faucet, and a fan already installed on the porch. I am usually very excited to see your wonderful tiny homes, but this one missed the mark for me. I look forward to the next one though! God bless, and stay healthy!
This home excited me. The outside tour was informative. Thankyou. I Like the tankless water heater and the laundry closet.I was pleased to have the option of 100 amp or50, and the choice of interior or exterior access to the electric panel.
Mr. Tiny is getting edgy....I like it! Modern homes rock!👍 Love the red cedar accents, the sloped roof and the privacy porch. I have been waiting for the staircase to be used for storage. Love the stackables but, not the door. A secret panel ( just frame the section you cut out and put s press to open lock or s white light bi-fold door would look better. Like the bump out and the black iron railing upstairs. Just another fabulous build I expect nothing less from the best RRC! 🎸⭐
Love the open concept and hidden washer dryer. Smart thinking to have an option to have electric or gas. Retirement is getting closer I will be by to see you soon.
I’m waiting to see if anyone creates one with lots of closet storage and minimal living room space. Never use my living room. Just like spacious bedrooms (main floor only), fully functional bathroom (with under mount sink...also under mount sink in kitchen), full set w/d laundry, soft close cabinetry and drawers, counter depth fridge (especially in a small space), decent counter space for prep, and of course energy efficient everything. Also, I love roof top decks with spiral staircases. Lastly, I put touchscreen keyless entry locks on all of my homes, so that would be a nice touch. 😉
