Omgoodness! This is my dream home. It has everything. I'm 73 so that bedroom downstairs is perfect for me. My son lives with me and he'd love the loft. This is the best tiny, not so tiny, I've ever seen. It's a work of art.

Great home, love the layout. Would definitely add a washer and dryer. I wish we could have seen the bathroom.

Really cute! Nice storage, but need at least a stackable washer/dryer, and a cabinet for vacuum cleaner, broom, mop. Didn't show bathroom, would like to have seen it. Really nice layout.

Its amazing what raising a tiny home 18 inches really can do. I love how open and spacious this tiny home really is. The colors flow together perfectly. The kitchen, has sooooo much counter space. I would turn the upstairs loft into my work area. The layout is phenomenal. I love how they utilized every space. It's so big it almost seems unreal to call it a tiny home.

Love this - the only changes I would make is to add the washer and dryer and eliminate the island to make it more open. There is enough cabinet storage in the kitchen!

One of the nicest tiny homes I've seen. Great use of limited space. It's just missing a window in the bathroom - pretty important - and obviously the washer/dryer.

This is just like a 5th wheel RV just dressed up. Walks dropped ceiling raised. That’s it.

🥰 I think I just found my house!! I'm retiring in 3 years & I have been seriously looking at tiny homes & this is the perfect Home for me. The raised living room is what did it for me👍🏼The loft is perfect. I have a twin size adjustable bed. Remove the end tables & bookshelves, that would allow room to put the washer dryer in the bedroom keeping both closets. I'm wondering if the linen closet shelves were adjustable so linens can be stored on the top shelves, remove bottom shelves to store the broom, dustpan, Swiffer, vacuum, mop underneath. That would be ideal 👍🏼 or remove the side door and put a utility closet instead. I'm one that needs a place to store the items I just mentioned above. Maybe the side door can be put in the bedroom where you still have a window allowing light to come in or add a small emergency door next to the window in the bedroom since emergency doors are smaller. If these changes are possible then I definitely just found my house, the house where I can spend the rest of my days extremely content ☺️ I don't think I will be looking at anymore homes This is the house I had in mind, I'm glad I saw it. I'm looking forward to my new adventure!!! Can't wait to show my daughter 🤗 Have a great day everyone.

Really like it But yep washer and dryer needed soooo.... cabinets by bed instead of shelves make closed for closet space and one side of original closet put washer and dryer and have slider door problem solved Love the kitchen 😋 😍 Is it possible to have a tub not necessarily wide but reasonably deep 🤔 loft solves any storage needed....kitchen cook and quilt sewing lol yesssss fantastic design

The home is beautiful, but I would want a washer and dryer in my home. Also, propane is getting super expensive and may become hard to get in the near future. Like diesel and gas is now.

My all time FAVORITE and I’ve seen a ‘GaZillion’ of them on RU-vid …..I live in Southern California and my washer and dryer are outside of my house under an awning now, so that’s not a problem I will definitely be saving this info!!

This is an amazing tiny home! I absolutely love the layout and design! I really like the downstairs bedroom and the raised living room for extra storage. I would remove one of the bedroom closets to have a washer and dryer. I think that the extra bedroom storage can be omitted for a washer and dryer because there is so much extra storage!

What a fantastic design. I love the different levels. The lounge area is beautiful. Very cozy. The down stairs bedroom is nice a roomy and it has amazing storage. The loft is also amazing. U don't feel closed it.

OMG! This is practically perfect for me. I love the raised living room with the wire around it, as a open type railing/ walk. And I love the main floor BR. I would only make a couple of minor adjustments; leave the base under the mattress out and get a good mattresses for my brother, or son, who is likely to end up there. Then I'd get a 3 drawer dresser for their storage at IKEA or something.

You should have storage in bed, lift mattress up and in stairs to loft and area under stairs of loft if not in use.

💜💜💜 I absolutely love this model. I wish there wasn't a rise in the loft where the bed is so that 2 beds could be up there. I know one could fit on the opposite side but then it would be right under the AC. On a nice piece of land this would be great. Build a deck/patio and some good outdoor furniture and this would be an oasis for me and my 2 👭🏾

The 1st one I fell in love with. I have no problem adding a space outside for the washer/dryer. I grew up out in the country with a laundry room shed outside. Works great keeping it all out of the tiny home. Of course if your not towing it from place to place.

No one ever considers putting the w/d in the loft. It's over the bath for water lines and near bedroom for clothes. It's not used daily so don't need in the busy kitchen area. Plenty of room to fold clothes and stay busy while doing laundry. I always went to the basement to do laundry so now I'll just go up a few steps.

Love it. I could have all but one ticket and that one ticket would win.

Didn’t like the dropped bedroom could be a fall hazard for a senior. I would like no loft and a small craft area definitely washer and dryer. However I am speaking from a senior viewpoint.

Love this home. It would be a dream to have a home I could really call my very own. My very own space.

It's a modified trailer.I know they are giving it away but they have taking advantage of the Tiny house movement. You can buy stick built for what you pay for a trailer and that's not counting land and setting it up. Or hopefully you have free land. Not trying to sound negative but the cost is what gets me over hundred thousand or more I saw one for 175,000 couldn't believe it.
