TINY HOME YOU HAVE TO SEE!! 

Joey, I have asked the question in previous videos if you make park model homes that are ♿ acessible, and you answered back that your homes have 36" pocket doors. Thanks for the reply. What I mean by ♿ acessible, is having access to guide your wheel chair under sinks including the kitchen sinks too. You say you are 6' 4" tall; I am 6' 6" tall! So how do I get my legs & wheelchair close enough to get to the sink. Not to sound obnoxious, but until you are actually in a situation where you're in a wheelchair you (most people) don't realize how difficult it is to be able to get around in a "normal" living enviroment. I know I never knew what it would be like to bein a ♿ Until I had to be in one myself 🤪.ADA complient means soooo much more. Thanks for your help and kindness 😁

I love the idea of the TV area attached to the kitchen. The only thing is a W/D. It has a dishwasher which is a plus for us seniors. I do like the loft area room, but would for go it for a w/d. I also like a side by side fridge. As we age bending over is hard so side by side is easier look into.

I really like this layout, especially the TV area in a really unexpected spot, but makes so much sense! If I were to buy one, I'd remove that back door and put a w/d in there. No w/d is a deal breaker for me. But the lofts are super cool!

I'd love to have one so easy to keep clean too... And the split loft is amazing.. I have three kids so I could perfectly fit us in this..

It would be nice to simply state the price as featured on this video, I noticed people in the comments asked the price and only a website link was posted and once you got to the site the price is still not listed. It’s exhausting and can cause you to lose clients. Simply put the price of your homes on your website instead of making people go through extra unnecessary steps.

I like it but wish the living room was bigger & tv wasn't so close to kitchen. But it has alot of storage which is great!

Fantastic layout and it is gorgeous inside & out but those walls are killing me! I would prefer a 2nd door in the bedroom to have the washer/dryer but I know some don't like it for security. I would use the loft for the bedroom and the bedroom for an office/craft room

Non loft single level version would be a nice option

Probably not a real popular question but, can you order these homes without living room slider doors? I mean, For hhose whom would prefer to have more flexible floor space for the living room who have a larger family. Sorry, just curious.

What does a home like that cost?

Mt problem with this is that there are so many windows in the front room that it will be hard to put a television in there and be able to see it.

I like it, but I would take out the one side of the closet in the bedroom and put the washer and dryer in there.and instead of sliding doors I would have a single door and covered deck put on.and enclosed small deck on back door. how much does one cost like this.i would have a ceiling fan in the bedroom.i wouldn't need the furniture but I would have you put the washer and dryer in.and can you get this with electric stove and fireplace.up the power to 100 amp.let me know.

The only thing that I have against this one is that you do not have a washer and dryer space.. It would be best if you never took that 2nd door out to put the washer and dryer in there because a person has to have a second outlet in order to get out in case of fire.. You need to make a washer and dryer space where the pantry is. The cabinets in the kitchen has enough space to put pots, pans and dishes there and could also he used for food. Can we stand up in that loft? You didn't say how tall it is upstairs. Now you need to mention price. How much does this one cost?

It is so amazing that something that was born in need of affordable housing has turned into vacation homes for people who have a home. What a sick society people sleeping on the street while others are buying multiple homes to keep from being bored.

For a company that sells a product to people, you sure do know how to make it inconvenient to get marketing information from you about your products at a glance.
