@@Bradyvilleboy There are lots of companies who sell tiny homes that look great and have the benefit of being on wheels so if the neighborhood goes down, you can leave!
@@metalmike570in Texas, large swaths of land can be bought for a few thousand per acre. I wouldn't be surprised if maybe they got it for 5-20k per acre depending on the exact area. When the home is on like one tenth of an acre, even 100k per acre wouldn't make the math make sense
We have declined. I miss full service filling stations and bag boys at the grocery stores and happy housewives where men could have a job and provide for the whole family. I miss big beautiful cars, cheap gas and good decent food for a decent price. Big beautiful homes with at least two acres of land. Bountiful farms where one family owns not a corporation.
I'm with Aaron (Texas Silver) on this one. This is not my dream. A small farm with a garden patch and a chicken coop would be closer. This is "own nothing, be happy" and STILL pay property taxes.
For a single person, it might work. I don't like the houses being so close together. I couldn't do it. I think you're better off buying a lot of land and putting a tiny or small home on it instead. At least you have more space.
The least they could do is have a door to the backyard! To have to go out and around why even have a yard🙁. I have dogs and I shouldn’t have to leash them to go out to go to the restroom if I’m buying a “home.”
I saw the cutthroat coming along time ago, got an rv and have lived that way ever since. They are killing us softly, we don't know it because we're too busy working and taking care of our families. We are being taken advantage of big time. 😿😾
The location is the biggest problem. For a single person or an older person the size is not that bad. Have you seen the size of senior apartments? I am 78 and I would not mind something that small but not with the power lines.
I don’t think investors should be able to buy. It should be OWNER OCCUPIED ONLY. Also Mexico to me is no third world country . I guess they haven’t been recently. Of course there are poor regions. Anyone been to Cabo lately….Big homes/great restaurants/Nice mall/Yachts and all American stores Super Walmart/Costco/Sam’s/Smart & Final/Starbucks etc.
The Good News: The Lord Jesus Christ died, was buried and rose again on the third day and shed his blood for the forgiveness of all sins for all who believe! Get saved today if you aren't already! The Gospel: 1 Cor. 15: 1-4 KJV. Other verses: Romans 3: 23 and 25 KJV, Romans 10: 9-10 KJV, Ephesians 2: 8-10 KJV and Ephesians 4: 30-32 KJV. Have a blessed day all!!
@@bobjames6622 Don't worry soon He will rapture us then you don't have to worry about us. Of course the 7 years of tribulation will keep you busy. Not too late to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior if not then good luck
king james (NO capital letters .... was a murderer. The pilgrims sailed to Plymouth Rock to escape his deadly behavior . Research his biography. Terrible/
You get two windows and one door, yet you get a small back yard that can only be accessed from the one front door, wouldn't work for me if you like to grill outside.
I love my small home. Its not a tiny home, but its nice and small. It's an amazing lifestyle. Less commercialism, less crap around, less cleaning. I love it! Nothing wrong with it. Had the McMansions and have never been happier with the simple living. Imagine how much money I save and invest compared to a large home.
1:10 first of all, Mexico is not a third world country. There happens to be a whole lot of wealth and culture throughout Mexico! #PolancoMexico and lake Chapala!! You must be referring to Tijuana Mexico South of the border.
Fire trap, no windows or door at the rear. Recharge your electric bike and no more neighborhood. Sad. I missed the small window on bottom rear left side
The builder has to get paid and supply costs so: House 80K Land: 80K Equals $160000. I think the formula is something like this. Remember it is a small piece of land but there is a value on it.

I thought these houses would be about 40K to 50K. How can they be 160K? Also, those trees they planted make me wonder how many years before they grow into the driveway and have to be cut down. Hopefully, those trees only get to 15ft to avoid branches ad roots going into the driveway. My guess, is they planted trees that get much bigger.
Those houses are the size of a single car garage, claustrophobia to the extreme! I guess for a single person maybe, but I have had apartments that were larger.
@@Bradyvilleboy I know of many people with big houses on postage stamps because they didn’t want to share walls. I also know of people with big yards who only wanted a house and hate the fact that the yard is there. Why not just get a townhouse and cut down on some maintenance costs at that point?
Some of these homes are near my full-size home, and they look ridiculous. Also, these homes are next to full-size home subdivisions. Like he said. American made, for third-world people.
