To keep the mattresses clean get waterproof mattress protectors for all the beds. They are awesome.

I highly suggest mattress protectors. Especially on mattresses that are most likely used for kids. Accidents happen!Make sure not to get a "plasticy" protectors that crinkle and make noise with every movement. They make ones that protect the mattress from moisture, easy clean, and is quiet when sleeping on. Everything is looking amazing! You Rock Matt & Team!

I like Freedom House as a name with red, white and blue throughout. You could do a longhorn themed house or a southwest themed house, or a country music themed house. There are tons of ideas.

I am a retired designer, in the red white and blue house, use those colors to accessorize, pillows, throws, etc. but don’t go over the top.

While I understand and respect your decision....please let your wife and kids know that they are missed! I loved seeing your kids grow up. I’ve been moving furniture since I was 12 for Ashley’s furniture most recliners come apart. The back and the actual bottom come apart, and there’s typically a flap at the back/bottom, just pinch the little tassels and they come apart

Putting a kitchenette in the cabins would be a good move. If you took note of what a lot of popular campgrounds do with their cabins, they'll put a small amount of counterspace and cabinet space in, with a two burner cooktop, small fridge and microwave. That way if people do want to bring food with them, they have a place to keep, prepare and cook it.

if you are doing Themes in the homes.. make the workshop/shed/tiny house into a workshop theme, after all, that is what it was built for to begin with .... big industrial fans, tool artwork, open ducting, you could use Toolchests for Kitchen cabinets, snap-on/milwaukee etc rugs and advertisement, etc

Matt, put some red, white and blue accent pillows around the house, some more themed wall art, and...consider painting the kitchen cupboards red, white and blue (alternating)...it would work since most of the kitchen is white. That would really set the whole house off with the theme you decided on. ;)

For an event, you need to have cow patty pitching, kind of like cornhole, but you set up old toilets to pitch at. And cow patty pitching for distance. (Used to have these at Bandera back in early 80's) ***dried cow patties.

It looks like the big house and the blue/white double wide have a place to park an RV, possibly with hookups. It might be nice if the Tiny House had a parking pad with 50amp electric and sewer access too. If someone is cruising in their RV for an extended time, it might be nice to stay a day/week in a real house and take a break from the cramped RV life. (Speaking from personal experience)

You can seat Gnomes in appropriately-sized chairs - that's a DEI boost if I ever seen one!

You can do all of the boards on the patio and deck in all the state flags of America, especially the Southern or red white and blue... then the people from those states can draw in the stars when they rent the air bnb. So if they are from Tennessee, they can put one of the Tennessee stars. If they are from Mississippi, they can put one of the Mississippi stars and sign it. ... And if they are from a state without red white and blue stars, they can fill in one of the 50 on the American Flag.It's interactive and it would be cool.

I would not use the red paint unless you are going to do the door only which will still be pretty loud. If the mural does not work out have someone make you a big Texas flag out of subdued painted barn wood and hang it up in the front. Take Jenna with you to Hobby Lobby to get some decor.
