Nicely done! Whilst watching this I had a different thought about how to give the lids clearance to open. Instead of rounding off the corner of the lids, chamfer the inside of the box to clear the lids. Chamfer the top corners of the end walls inside the box and notch the inside of the side walls to match. Then the ends of the lids would still be square as viewed from the outside. Just a thought I had while watching this. I probably wouldn’t have thought of it if I was making the box and not watching someone else make the box.
The idea was great. But the implementation was not at all. It was almost as though you did not care about how it turned out. Like it was just for concept. Small require more attention to details not less. Because there is not a lot there to look at you have to make sure everything is perfect. You should do it again with that in mind.
