Didn't know they had a .50cal version of the TMC because I have the .68 cal tan TMC since something like three years. And I do know about that there is low impact paintball in general, I just started out with the high impact.
It's a shame that .50 caliber isn't more popular. My son has one of these and it's awesome. It can be dialed down to not wreck little kids, and dialed back up enough to provide more sting than many expect. Did Tippmann discontinue this model? It would be a shame to see the .50 milsim market die.
Henry Xiong this is the 25 round .50 caliber mag it comes with 2mags. www.ansgear.com/Tippmann_TMC_50_Caliber_25_Round_Magazine_2_Pac_p/tippmanntmc50calmag-16453.htm
Juju R1984 yes but I see people buying the single ones that aren't attached. Not to be picky or anything but they gotta be around somewhere. Either way I'll probably go with those.
Sorry to say, but I think you are not right in your vid... Cal .50 means that with the same power/ Joule the paints sre flying much faster. Means cal .50 has less mass but is going faster with the same power, so can hurt the same ☝️😉
Fields typically will run their .50 cal paintball as a low impact format, intended for beginner players, whether that be kids or adults alike. So that said, they are going to keep Fps at 280, or lower. Most likely, they’ll have it set on the lower side, again to cater to younger players. At those lower velocities, combined with less mass , the .50 cal paintball hurts a lot less, and leaves less of a mark on the skin, if anything. So in realistic playing conditions , ie. at a field, Rory is correct in saying .50 cal will hurt noticeably less.
@@meleager712 which is funny, because I was in a game with a woman who left the field with a bloody wound on her arm. Either she took friendly-fire from point blank, or she she’s VERY thin skinned
