Thank you for this video! I just started as a PT (after getting certified as quickly as I could - two weeks) and I feel incredibly overwhelmed at my new job (I’m just three days in). This video made me realize that I’m not as far behind as I feel like I am. Your other videos have been very helpful too!

I gotta say that I Love all of your videos, they are all soo informative and your also a great teacher.!!.. I am laughing because as I turned this video on i paused it to go pour my second cup of coffee ... and then you started talking about coffee and caffeine.. yes all trainers i know fit the bill for this. thanks again for all the content you put out!! :)

I like what you said about long term goals. I need those. Right now I just want to help people lose weight like me. I don't even care about the money. But other than that I am kinda lost. I will work on that.
