Dr. Kay I really cant thank you enough. As a foreign trained non traditional resident applicant hoping to get called up for oncology pharmacy resident soon, this was just what I needed to hear to get my confidence pumped up. I have put in the work and hours for the past 10 months, attended series of oncology conferences, webinars, completed series certifications and continuous education credit all in oncology but I still find my confidence down.
