Tips To Get Rid of Bad Breath! 

Brush your teeth with coconut oil and gargle and swish it in your mouth. Spit it out and brush your teeth normally with your toothpaste and use hydrogen peroxide 3% as your mouth wash, swish and gargle with it. Spit it out and and rinse with water. Your breath and mouth will be fresh all day and even when you wake up the next morning. I do this everyday. The coconut oil and hydrogen peroxide also helps with whitening!

Also mouth breathing. Do that all night long and you wake up with dragon breath. A dry oral environment alters the pH and changes the population of microbes in favor of the ones that produce volatile sulfur compounds. That’s what creates that lovely, rotten egg aroma.

Tonsil stones are the main cause of bad breath, proper hygiene is important but floss, brushing and tongue cleaner will not be enough, bcoz the tonsil stones are in the crypt, hiding in tonsil
