Post Focus Mode will allow you to take a photo of a still subject and choose your focus point AFTER the photo is taken!

This happened to me my first outing. Bought a LX10 the day before my trip to hawaii and at some point Post Focus was turned on. Now, I did just take the camera out of the box, charged the batt and inserted a card to start taking pictures. The features on this camera are way beyond any camera I had before. After returning I found your videos and ended up doing a factory reset

It can be so frustrating when it happens on accident. My goal is to educate camera salespeople to educate their customers on these features before they walk out the door.

Very useful, did not know how to turn off post focus after accidentally switching camera on, now problem solved.DMCLX15 Could not find in menu so reset. Thanks

Shame the FZ300 doesn't stack the images in-camera like our FZ82 & FZ1000M2. I think it's a fabulous feature and easier to use than focus bracketing. My daughter has a Fuji so I've been looking at TuFuse as a freeware option to stack images, but if anyone has alternatives I'm all ears.

She hasn't in a while. I think OM Digital Solutions is being more stingy with their test cameras than Olympus was.

I do, but with the company being sold, they haven't produced a lot of new options to walkthrough, Is there something you want to see specifically? I can add it to my list! I have walkthroughs of the current Olympus cameras out (except the new OM1, but once I get my hands on one, I will!), which are on an Olympus playlist on my page.
