I am literally in denail that there are other humans born after 2000. I see them, I aknowledge they are young BUT I do NOT want to hear their age. In my head, I still feel like I am part of the youngest generation and this just ain't it. Edit: I recently participated in an online quiz, and at the end it asked for the age group. And I deadass wanted to check 20-25 I'm in the 25-30 group. I needed a moment after that 😂😭

your comments on grief reminded me of something i learned in my responses to loss and death class: grief is like a wound. it hurts really fucking bad at first, you gotta take care of it constantly and change your bandages and shit. but over time, it heals and a scab forms. but the scab is still tender if you press on it. something can happen and the wound is reopened. you can pick at it and make it bleed again. but eventually that scab heals into a scar. it never really disappears, but it doesn't hurt anymore.

I completely understand you around 3:30! For context I’m 37 years old mother of three teenage girls, born and raise in southeast San Diego Cali.. I’m proud to be from sd that I have a Cali tattoo with 619 area code one it.. my extended family and friends are there. (I love visiting and then getting the heck out lol) BUT I live in Las Vegas now since 2008 when my parents moved to Vegas. At the time my husband and I had my two daughters only.. it’s 2023 and husband and I are homeowners, have three beautiful girls and now my oldest is graduating high school this year! Basically we have already build our new roots here. He’s Filipino from Hawaii as well and we also say that we want to live in there in the future. All his family is in Hawaii (Oahu) so like you, I think it’s not fair to live in the mainland for ever as well when our husbands are born and raise somewhere else and their family is in that part of the world. We want to live in there after my kids graduate which time flies! Lol

I just wanna say re: moving overseas. I moved from Australia to Finland in 2019, by myself and I think it was the best thing I've ever done. It's crazy moving that far, especially to a place where you don't speak the language but trust me, it will be absolutely and entirely 100% worth every minute.

I can say with 100% honesty that you are an inspiration, whether you think it or not. Life has handed you so pretty tough challenges. Your personal private life has been on the internet for over a decade. You have held your head high throughout all of it. You never lost sight of who you truly are. I went to to say 29... i had just turned 30.. lmao in stuttered about to say 29!switched it to 30 . He looked at me like in was drunk of my as* and I was just embarrassed ... The fact that you don't think you are inspiring is why you're inspiring. Vulnerability and honesty is inspiring. There are so many people on social media that are so full of bullshit--they seem like they have everything figured out. Seeing all of that can be alienating when you're depressed and anxious, like me. But then I watch your videos and know that I'm not the only one feeling this way. Plus you're funny. as a hair dresser, we're taught the hair parting depends on your face shape, head shape and whether or not you have a cow lick, obviously your own taste as well. so no, middle parts dont look good on EVERYONE. its just that when someone changes their parting from how they usually do it to say- a middle part- it gives the allusion that you look "better"
