I think I got the gist here based on what I could hear and see on the Tiny Desk outtake. In the full version the right hand mimics the vocal melody note for note and every bar of lyrics seems to have a unique melody so I haven't got that memorized here but you can sound it out if you want to. Make up your own little melody for now using any of the notes I played.
This should get you started enough to fiddle around at least. I can't wait to upgrade my piano and play it. Cheers.
