▷Ingredients（φ15cm round mold）:
■Crust
80g cookie
20g melted butter
4g instant coffee
1 tbsp hot water
■Tiramisu cheesecake
200g mascarpone cheese
100g cream cheese
80g cane sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
140ml heavy cream
8g flour
1/2 tsp lemon juice
cocoa powder
