It looks amazing!!. As a suggestion, in Italy we beat the egg whites and incorporate them with the yolks, sugar and mascarpone (yes instead of the whipped cream). That's how it's done traditionally, no pressure cause we all sneak some whipped cream in there sometimes to make it easier...

It's not a problem, it's the right thing to do. I'm german, I grew up that way, lol. I've been living in the US for 27 years, and some people are still surprised when I bring something.

It depends on how many egg yolks you put in. I could taste the eggs from the tiramisu so I don't add any eggs at all. Also, it was the egg whites that were supposed to be added in. You cook it over some boiling water and then whip it with some sugar. I guess everyone makes it differently 😅.

@@zeyklnc7487 She used to wear a hijab, but she shows a little of her hair, which is not true, because the hijab likes to cover the entire hair and neck, but now she has improved her wearing it and has not shown anything of her hair, I know she does not cover her neck, but I hope she will do so in the future
Need to cook the eggs!!! It’s typically cooked on a bowl over a pot of boiling water with a little milk and a lot of whisking. Otherwise salmonella risk.
I too “suffer” from the same problem. But I usually make something quick and easy like banana bread muffins or apple cheddar cupcakes. This is way too many dishes and too much time. Although tiramisu is my favourite!
Chocolate milk?? Tiramisu is known for its coffee taste so it’s hard to say. But whenever I make it in a tray, the last few biscuits I dip them in milk for my nieces and nephews because they can’t have coffee. It tastes fine. You can try chocolate milk for more flavor I guess but I haven’t done that.

You and me have two different definitions of a problem. Also tray all the way, faster and easier assembly, every one serves themselves= less waste (some people eat less, some more) can generally be more environmentally friendly as well.
You can either cook the egg whites over a boiling water and whip it with some sugar to make it fluffy or omit the eggs. I don't do egg at all, and it's delicious.
If you get high quality eggs, you shouldn’t have to cook them! For example, mayonnaise is made from oil, acid (either vinegar or lemon juice), mustard, seasonings, and raw egg. For what it’s worth, even “low quality” eggs are usually okay to eat raw. It’s not common to get salmonella from eggs; much more likely to get it from undercooked meat. Obviously if they are super old or have been at room temperature for a while, don’t eat those ones raw. But otherwise you should be fine!
