Since I dont care much, I just gone ahead and swapped the tires on my element using a manual tire changer. Takes about 45 min each. I used bead balancing, so dont need to worry about balancing to an extend. This tires are tall, so take about 3oz of beads. I used cheapest plastic BBs.
