We're back in the shop with Paul Warren from World Tour Off Road, and this time he's showing us the process of breaking down a tire and wheel setup using his Hunter tire machine. It's amazing how much info you can learn by hanging out with Paul for a few minutes in the shop!
We are breaking down my tires so I can install my new Hutchinson Rock Monster wheels.

You should use the guard on all rims. Nobody wants there rims scratched and you should always be safe than sorry.

We have the same machine at our shop have u faced the issue of the arm actually pulling against the rim on lo pro tires then the arm digs into the rim and scratched it?

Очень долго и непрофессионально. Когда отбиваешь борт надо сразу мазать полку и закраину диска, плюс основание шины, тогда будет быстрее и меньше вредит шине. Видео что мало опыта, станок хороший, мастер нет

Shit machine. A regular basic maybe with a ram is the best. These fancy things are junk.

Unprofessional! Slow, no ability to express what's he doing or should be done, no gloves! Should NOT be in the labor field.

I’m a mechanic for over thirty years And most of the time I don’t wear gloves either, gloves don’t make more professional.

Haha, you must have just graduated from some tech school. Might want to ask your teachers to clarify on wearing gloves around rotating machinery. I grew up in my families machine shop that has been around since the 40's, and I'm impressed with the care and professionalism this guy shows. I think he is just being modest when he says he is just following what the manufacturer taught him. The slowness you mention is him taking pride in his work and I'm sure it leads to loyal customers.
