I don't know if yve ult can be cancelled by cc, I haven't played her in a long time 😳✋ yve is kinda like a support to the team(she has good dmg too, but is a great support to the team as well) while pharsa got some good dmg
@@rosenamajunas1159 in mobility, pharsa definitely has the upperhand, dmg output, pharsa aswell, but keeping enemy in place and controlling a teamfight, yve’s got it with the help of her shield from ult. Basically pharsa is like for more advanced players, while most beginners can play yve more due to aiming
@@IsoyaYasuji ikr? Yve is technically the zone master of this game, having full control of the area inside the Chessboard. Zoning enemies is her especially, not the typhical burst dmg from other Artillery mages.
That was the best team comp ever. Yve for Slow and continous dmg. Karina for Massive Magic damage. Paquito for Durable and Good Physical Damage. Miya for push and Late game dominator. And any durable tank that can set.
@@adityasuresh8106 He said about Minotaur. That Tank can take a lot of damage and cancel Yve's Ult plus rendering Miya and Paq Movement to the back line. But if we're talking about SoloQ, Mino would suck pretty bad against that comp.
I think Hylos is her most ideal tank for super slow and sustained damage. While for Ruby, she is best partnered with Pharsa since their respective ultimate synergizes really well.
Me, a ruby main with flicker: It doesn’t matter as long as u have dmg bc betch you don’t even have to move just point and shoot babes I’ll make sure you kill them

Honestly, I don’t think this gameplay is making the point that he advertises. “When the assassin targets you first” isn’t really a good title for a video where Lancelot barely even comes close to him even through two turtle fights. “When your jungler gets fed early and you actually have a tank that roams well” would have been more honest.
@@DiggerPat this is very true lol. Lancelot died very early with blue buff - hard to get fed. Khufra up to an extent counters Lancelot and he was a good player. Yve is one of the hardest mage to approach - hard even for a good lance player.
Beto, I recommend building Enchanted Talisman due to Yve's insane cooldown, I recommend it to be the 3rd item aka the 2nd core item. This will help you participate in teamfights more.
@@SoojinSeooo Yeah this build is really good. Just buy two magic necklace or elegant gem early game if mana is an issue for you early game before getting talisman.
Well, according to MPLs on Southeast Asia, Yve's main purpose is not her burst damage, but her versatility. She can be a better support than Pharsa, and she can be a roamer to help the team, especially, the gold lane.
I mean, their right, yve has practically no burst at all, 1st and 2nd skill is poke with continuous dmg, ult swipe is continuous dmg and you can say the ult tap is a burst but I dont think it counts as one since it doesn't deal as much dmg as some other bursts like gus 2nd, lance 2nd, eudora

I always pick yve because no matter the composition she can always perform well. Also didn't know how annoying she can be until someone from the enemy picked her.. Since then, i try to first pick her in rank~
fr fr like, I remember in my matches where I was Yve and I had a decent Kimmy while my other teammates aren't that experienced. Kimmy and I was the only one carrying that match with a fed aldous in the opponent. He was so pissed because he can't reach Kimmy and the slow and damage was getting in his nerves and I was just at her back protecting her and zoning him and the enemies XD
not an yve main but i picked this up while watching some guides on her. when your team is doing an objective (pushing, turtle, lord) try to leave at least 1-2 stacks of her ulti. the point is, the enemies doesnt know how many stacks you have left, so they are thinking twice if theyre trying to commit or not. kinda like a psychology game against the enemy. also the duration of her ult form is long so you can just stand there in your ultimate,menacingly.
Try clock lightning then ice queen wand for yve then two defence items its super high dmg for everything ur tanky and u can slow too its a build idk why no one uses tho i find it strong
1v1 Silvana has been so easy to counter for me who plays mages even without purify. There are so many Silvana players who use their skills in center of ult so literally all i do is go along the edge of the ult in a circle and they miss all their skills. What's scary about Silvana is only when she comes with other heroes. Yve is what I like to consider a siege mage because these types of mages usually have an ult that last for some time that also zones out one area or they take a lot of damage. My favorite mage that is a siege mage is Chang'e because tanks nowadays auto build Athena shield instead of radiant armor which is a blast for Chang'e with the meta triple magic pen build plus i use fleeting time instead of enchanted tailsman so I can waste ult on tank kill to get ult back 14 sec later.
@@ryanturnbaugh2189 Arcane boots, Genius wand, and Divine Glaive. If you want pure tank killer build you would replace fleeting time with glowing wand. However, for new Chang'e users I recommend using Demon Shoes so you never need to worry about managing mana which for experienced users can get away with just using Impure Rage talent on the emblem. My full build is basically same build as on Pro Builds except using Fleeting Time instead of Enchanted Tailsman. (ignore the troll crit build that's in pro builds)

The good thing about yve is that she isn’t a one shot mage so ppl think they can easily win against her but before u know it ur hp is below half with just 2 of her skills. I am slowly starting to like yve more and more and another thing I love about her is that she already has speed up and slow down so I mostly just use flameshot and it works perfectly unlike how with other mages I always use sprint or flicker bc they are more squishy (no speed up etc

Yve is still powerful despite of the nerfs, imagine the old yve who can burst enemies and at the same time slows them. Plus her ult can't be cancelled she's definitely op

I buy 2 necklaces first at the start of the game then go for arcane boots then go for the green book. after that I will build ice queen wand And sell my 2 necklace. I will then build genius wand. After that finish the book so you can quickly spam her first skill so your Brute force stacks doesn't end. Go for Brute force. Then your final item Divine glaive/Winter truncheon. Tip: Use her first skill to check bushes you will get stack when an enemy is in that bush and if you have full stacks of her passive. You can still know if someone is there because whenever her first skill hits an enemy she gains movement speed.

Sylvanna is not easily countered if you use purify + ult at the same time with second skil. Plus, her buff on the basic attack is really handy if ur 2nd skill is cancelled. I think she is very good at counter attacking, after enemy has used their skills. If ur smart with positioning etc she is a beast. I use to build her like this: demon shoes (arcane boots on late game) genius wand, concentrated energy, dominance and oracle (build first depending on enemy composition) and holy crystal or blood wings. I’d love to see you play sylvanna :) Edit: for emblem I go mage with CD reduction, magic pen and magic worship.

Is this recommended for every mage? Been playing Xavier recently but lots of long users after the update and I just can’t do anything against him, or any other heroes that dashes in like zilomg or karina.
Honestly one of the strongest weapons I use is when the enemy that keeps focusing me dies, I hit them with the "Well Played" in the all chat each time they fail. Day 63/100 for Thamuz
@@noidea2338 I always do that lmao. I use it at the start of a game as if to say “Good luck” and then I use it when ever we get the first kill or important/clutch kills.
I don't know if anyone needs this advice. But building the blue gem from clock of destiny 1st item often helps prevent having to recall. As you get hp and mana from when you level up to lvl 3
Can u make a paq video cuz i see so many paq players keeping 2 stacks in stead of 3. Not only do u start with an enhanced skill when u keep 3 stacks but after using all skills u get one more enhanced skill. Using all skills when having 2 stacks just brings u back to 2 stacks.
Tbh, I don't recommend picking the first skiil first, as her 1st skill's cd is long now, so i recommend her 2nd for the slow, but i recommend leveling up her 1st skill so you can poke and it's her main damage
As an Yve main only problem even with brute force Is The positioning If they foucus your ults on you point blank your toast also fleeting time is a must have for Yve because of the very long CD also I'll skip a day to ask Beto to play Selena just one game pls
Personal experience Yve is that at first i find her ult hard bcuz of using desktop but in phone she is quite easy tho. I always steal Turtle and Lord if their core's retribution isn't available and kill their core if lucky enough, i just wish to get better on using her :)
