for how many days the cells can be stored in -80 without any changes in viability ?

Thanks for your question! There are many variables that can contribute to how long cells are viable for in -80˚ C storage, including cell type and the type of cryopreservation medium that the cells are stored in. Generally, cells will not maintain as high a level of viability when stored in -80˚ C vs standard storage in liquid nitrogen.
